Die Gastgeberin war unglaublich zuvorkommend. Hast sogar den Aufenthalt von 3 Personen (Vater+2 Söhne) ermöglicht. Zudem extra früher Frühstück zubereitet, da wir zum Flughafen mussten. Eine sehr umsorgte Gastgeberin!
Das Bad ist etwas renovierungsbedürftig.
They confirmed my booking and my arrival time, but when I arrived there at 1am, they said "no room" and they didn't even bother to open front door for me. I was left without accommodation in Bishkek in the middle of the night on the empty road. I have traveled all around the world in many countries and this is the first time something like this happened.

Маленький номер , в ресепшене не знают что такое регистрация , завтрак ужасный - готовил завтрак сотрудник с ресепшена , поваров там нет

Overall, we were very satisfied. The service was excellent and the staff were attentive and courteous. We had a very early flight, and they kindly prepared breakfast for us before our departure.
The taxi driver that was called by the receptionist didn't know how to get to the airport, which almost made us miss our flight. Next time, the hotel staff could check whether the driver they call actually knows the way.
