Podobała mi się szybka i kompetentna obsługa, żadnych kłopotów, czystość także w porządku.

pokój junior suite- wystrój fatalny, układ mebli i pokoju niewygodny, łazienka okropna : brzydka, ciemna, fatalne oświetlenie, a prysznic bardzo niewygodny, taka bateria jest dostosowana do brodzika a nie wąskiej wanny.
Kiedyś bywałam w tym hotelu, remont jaki wykonano znacznie pogorszył wygląd i możliwość relaksu w pokoju.
Klimatyzacja głośna i mało wydolna, w sypialni duszno!
śniadanie niewarte ceny, żadnych dobrych owoców, pieczywo bezglutenowe beznadziejne, prawie nic nie mogłam zjeść, brak wyboru mleka roślinnego (tylko sojowe), dla osób z ograniczeniami żywieniowymi bardzo słabo.

Jestem zachwycona z pobytu i na pewno nie raz tu wrócę.
Pros:

Lokalizacja obiektu w samym centrum. Dosłownie kilka kroków do dworca centralnego, do Pałacu Kultury i Nauki oraz wszelkiej komunikacji miejskiej. Czyste pokoje z widokiem na miasto. Pyszne ,bogate śniadania. Przemiła i pomocna obsługa. Jestem bardzo zadowolona z pobytu i na pewno jeszcze nie raz tu wrócę.

Funny sound coming from the thermostat detached from a radiator. Had to put a pillow on it to go to sleep in quiet.

IBIS on steroids. Once is more than enough.

I like location and reception’s size. Staff very , very friendly +

Cons:

I don’t like : too soft bed, very limited tv , cheap led light, not enough towels, bigger pillows are simply way too hard, no bottled water on display, noisy air con , and most importantly to me - IBIS like style room for triple plus money.
