Porquería de servicio.
Pros:

Yo tenía una reserva confirmada para el domingo 4 de enero. Cuando llegué con mi familia, el hotel estaba cerrado. No había nadie!! Qué horrible experiencia! Que porquería de hotel.

A good place to stay if you just need to sleep in Latacunga for a night or two.
Pros:

The covered, internal parking was a necessity for us, easily accessible and much appreciated. The staff was accomodating, even serving us breakfast early because of a commitment we had in the area. The location was convenient for walking to stores, restaurants and parks. Area was well-lit and felt very safe. Staff recommended an excellent restaurant and steered us from making a potential mistake at another.

Cons:

Hotel is a bit dated. Although it has many comodities: hairdryer, refrigerator, and table and chair to work at, it felt a bit dark and "old," despite being comfortable. Triple room was on the small side, but again, comfortable.
