Fantastisk udsigt over søen, godt pool område der var velholdt, god pool bar, godt rummeligt værelse, god wifi, fin elevator adgang til øverste niveauer

Tolle Lage - Urlaub zum glücklich sein
Pros:

Super Lage , sehr freundliches Personal. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber , und der Ausblick war Mega schön. Es ist sehr ruhig und man kann auf der Terrasse schöne Stunden verbringen.

Uitzicht. Fijn zwembad. Vriendelijk personeel. Tuinen zijn perfect onderhouden.

Cons:

Faciliteiten zijn verouderd. Appartementen zijn donker. Gebruik van internet is onmogelijk vanwege afwezigheid 5G en wifi.

Una cosa vergognosa ed estremamente incompetenti,dovrebbero seriamente prendere in considerazione di fare un altro lavor

TUTTO!
La faccio breve perchè descrivere tutto nei particolari mi richiederebbe un papiro.

Dopo essere arrivate in stanza ci rendiamo conto che l’acqua non funziona (neanche lo sciacquone del wc) e neanche l’aria condizionata ,questo dopo aver effettuato il check in con il ragazzo , scendo per fargli notare il problema ,e lui già sapeva di questo problema presente in tutta la struttura ,ma non ci ha avvisate !!!! Perlomeno comunicare il problema sarebbe già stato diverso e ovviamente non sarei neanche stata lì dato che con 40 gradi fuori e non sopportando il caldo ,una doccia mi sembra il minimo .
Loro sono incompetenti ,non comunicano e non sanno svolgere il loro lavoro .
Impossibile una cosa del genere non mi era mai successa , inoltre tralasciamo il fatto che il Wi Fi non funziona bene e che come struttura è datata e servirebbe un rinnovo .
Insomma è stato un soggiorno davvero da schifo ,non voglio esagerare,ma a questo punto era meglio un campeggio ,anche perchè il prezzo non è così conveniente da potersi permettere questi disagi.

Un luogo perfetto per il relax e la tranquillità
Pros:

Posizione eccellente degli appartamenti (a pochissimi minuti dal Vittoriale, che era il nostro luogo di interesse).
Stanze spaziose, pulite, bagno gigantesco, letto molto grande. Presente anche spazio e tavolino fuori dall'appartamento, con vista lago.
Molto ben tenuta la piscina, con svariati lettini ed ombrelloni di cui usufruire.
Personale gentile e disponibilissimo.

Cons:

Prezzi piuttosto alti per il bar (e noi veniamo da Milano, eh).

Mancanza di anche solo una bottiglietta d'acqua nel frigorifero dell'appartamento.
