The room was very small and they didn’t make the bed or take the rubbish out.
Hotel is in a great location close to everything. Lovely room
Second lift wasn’t working for the two days we were there. On the day we left it took over 30 minutes to get the lift down to reception to check out. We were on 8th floor and had luggage so using stairs wasn’t an option. Also there was a wind coming from where that continuously caused the door to rattle!

Because maintenance was occurring on a lift guests were asked to use the stairs between 7am-7pm. This was fine but guests used the stairs late at night and the door banging closed was not pleasant when you were trying to sleep.

Stampede at the lift, only one lift was operational.

Breakfast was alright.
Disgusting hotel, we stayed for 3 nights not even a single day, room was cleaned even after requesting them. People at the reception were useless never answered the call. Overall very poorly managed.
One lift is currently out of order, creating havoc to access the upper floors as the cleaning staff are constantly using the lift as well
Great location and room size. Great buffet breakfast with Gluten Free options. Helpful and friendly staff, especially Mr Joy at breakfast who was so lovely and kind to my daughter and I.
The lift was under maintenance and we were on the 7th floor. We understand that maintenance works are required however we should have been informed of this at time of booking and a discounted rate should have been applied for the inconvenience.
