Very good we liked the hotel.
Pros:

The room, staff, location.

Cons:

In house dining menu is somewhat limited and trying to contact room service was difficult by phone leading to a convoluted process through the front desk.

Perfect location, beautiful rooms!
Pros:

The rooms are very comfortable, and the location is safe and close to everything.

Cons:

There's not much I don't like! But it would be great to have an idea of when your room is being cleaned, because I was working in my room and it was difficult to work around cleaners.

Pros:

clean tidy, friendly staff, Loved the cold water dispenser on our level and the breakfasts were great

Great location, comfy beds & overall great stay.
Pros:

The hotel is lovely & I remember previously having stayed here for work. The hotel lobby is lovely, as are the staff - so helpful. The rooms are spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The bathrooms were clean, bright & again spacious. Location was great for a night out.

Cons:

Unfortunately the first room had a bad smell (previous occupants likely had too much of a good night out!). But after a couple of calls the team booked us in to the room next door, which was lovely, clean & fresh.
