Very friendly hosts 5 star breakfast good value for money Twin room on the small side & could be cleaner some road noise.

It was a beautiful weekend visit and we were made welcome as soon as we got through the door . Claire was so lovely to talk too ☺️ my partner Neil and I had a stunning room with a bed that I've honestly not slept better .just a short visit from Cornwall and it was perfect.

This was a weekend get away to celebrate our Ruby Wedding Anniversary, and this was just the place to celebrate it, our upstairs room was very bright and clean and suitable for our weekend trip, the owner went out of her way to make sure we had a lovely weekend, and the breakfast next morning was just great and freshly cooked.
We will definitely be staying here again

Had a great stay, I was in Room 2, which is a ground floor room. It was spacious and extremely clean. The decor is a little dated, however is very clean, which is the most important aspect.

The owners were extremely friendly and cooked my breakfast at 07:30 (normally from 09:00), so exceptional customer service.

Had a lovely stay at Crown Lodge. Perfect for my trip to the theatre. Lovely spacious room with all the amenities you need. Beautifully decorated. Lovely breakfast made fresh. Even our little dog was made to feel at home. Would throughly recommend.

The stay was ok the room we got put in was room 1 was small and looked out onto boats being repaired and there was no privacy as hey was outside windows most of the time we paid £95 for the smallest room and it was only worth £65 I was disappointed with the room but the owner said there will move me and my wife another room the next day but owner also said that the room we booked so I would not move and it was a disappointment and spoiled the week but the owners couldn’t do enough for you after but I would not go again

Warmly welcomed and easy checked in. Easy to contact but didnt need to. Excellent location lovely breakfast and well maintained, would stay here again. Overall excellent

Had a lovely stay, everything was clean and tidy. Slept well, good amenities and had a lovely cooked breakfast. We walked into town in the evening and back again, took about 20 mins but that was fine for us.

We chose Crown Lodge for locality close to Torre Station. An excellent choice as a friendly welcome, and a very comfortableroom. The breakfast was superb! Thank You!

I never use the big named Hotels, instead I try to support the many guest houses across the UK, especially during these difficult time.
The welcome I received from Claire was exceptional. I made a mistake on my booking but nothing was too much trouble and Claire rectified my mistake.
My stay was warm and comfortable and I highly recommend.

Claire & David provide a friendly and high standard bed & breakfast. We wanted plant based milk and meatless being vegan. They took a personal interest, even provided plant based yoghurts, sausages, bacon for breakfast.
Fruits were available.They gave us some suggestions regarding local places to interests and good food places

Everything was great. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. The food and accommodation was also great. Overall a lovely place for break away from home, which is just like being at home!

Great place to stay five stars

Good location being only 15 minute walk to the sea front but with it being situated on a fairly busy road, it was noisy at night with the traffic. Luckily there was a fan in the room to use when we shut the windows. Spaceous ensuite and well equipped rooms and we were made to feel very welcome by Claire & Dave who were helpful with any question we had.
