Pros:

The location of this hotel is very good, just next to Sutthisan MRT. There are plenty of food options, from Thai to Chinese and even KFC is nearby.

There's a very affordable food market for office workers nearby, lots of delicious food, similar to those found at night market.

The room and its toilet are very clean, comfortable bed and cosy interior design.

Though the shower's tap is hard to use, either the water came out is too cold or too hot.

一人にはちょうどいいホテルでした。ご飯も美味しかったです。猫がたまにいて、猫好きとしてはたまりませんでした。
ただ宿泊したお部屋は洗面台はお湯が出たのに、シャワーはお湯が出ません（少し混ざってる感じはしましたが８割水）でした。他の部屋はわかりませんが、そういった点では海外慣れしていない方には少し大変かもしれません。

I had an excellent 4-night stay at Aspira One Sutthisan. The staff were super friendly, the room was clean, modern, and surprisingly quiet given the area. It’s just a short walk to the MRT (Sutthisan station), which made it easy to explore Bangkok. Also close to local food spots and 7-Eleven. A great spot to relax after a long day out. Would definitely stay again!

A couple of loose ends.
Pros:

Nice place. We had to ask the maids twice for clean towels. 1000 baht deposit for room keys, something I've never been asked before at any hotel
