My Horrible Night at Elu
Pros:

I had a 3 days reservation with this hotel and it was a complete nightmare. I miss my flight in NY and try to call the hotel through hotels.com to reschedule or at least to let them know that I will be one day late. No one was there to pick up the call. when we finally land in Douala, it took me 2 hours to fight my way to this place as it is in a dark corner of Bonamousssadi. To my biggest surprise, the hotel has sold out my room and refuse to refund my money. I had to drive around for another 3 hours to find another place to stay for the night. My husband has been calling hotels.com from the state to get a refund to no avail. The girl at the front desk was nice and understanding, but the guy was a bully and did not seam to care. Not recommended unless you are a local and can understand the corruption language.
