Very disappointing stay – poor communication, unexpected charges, and unfriendly service. I would not choose this hotel
Pros:

Honestly, there was nothing special that I liked about this property. The experience from booking until check-out was stressful and disappointing.

Cons:

When I was searching for a hotel, it was very important for me to book a property that did not require prepayment because my visa had not been issued yet. This hotel was listed as “no prepayment needed,” which is why I chose it.

However, from the day I made the reservation, they kept sending emails every day for about a week asking me to make a payment and threatening to cancel the booking if I didn’t. First they asked me to pay the full amount, and when I refused, they insisted that I must at least pay one night as a deposit or they would cancel my reservation. This created unnecessary stress because I had already used the hotel address for my visa application.

When we arrived at the hotel, the staff were not welcoming and asked for an additional 3000 THB deposit, which had never been mentioned anywhere during the booking process. They said it was for possible damages or minibar use.

Another issue was breakfast. I booked the room with breakfast included, but when I went to the restaurant the next morning they said my room did not include breakfast and charged 1000 THB extra.

The location was also very inconvenient. The hotel is far from most tourist areas, and it takes around 30–40 minutes by taxi to reach almost any main attraction.

Overall, the experience was very disappointing. The hotel seemed more focused on taking extra money rather than providing good service, and the staff were not friendly or helpful.

Good location and hotel breakfast!
Pros:

It’s close to On Nut station and a central mall. Downstair the mall have a place people doing nails. It is valuable to do nails here (only 200-300 Baht). Moreover, the hotel breakfast is plentiful and delicious!

Cons:

Compared to a 5-star hotel, facilities were quite simple.
