Персонал приветливый. Уютный номер.

Cons:

Месторасположение, шум от дороги,не очень чистый сан. узел. Заселились в 1 ночи ( были транзитом) следующий рейс был на 18:00, попросили задержаться до 15:00, получили отказ. Ну как то так.

Everything was well organized and clean. The hosts are so welcoming and sweet. The location is very close to all the main attractions in Yerevan. Breakfast is very nice. Overall great stay. 💕

Piccolo hotel familiare con tutti i servizi . Tutto perfetto per Pulizia gentilezza e confort nella camera . Unica piccola pecca per noi è la posizione , in taxi con 2,50 raggiungi il centro città

Pros:

Cons:

- Very poor breakfast, suggest to avoid it!
- Shower was not clean
- Light in toilet was blinking all the time
- Shampoo, shower gel was at their lowest possible quality
- Only one toilet paper for 3 night stay. We had to ask and they gave us another one 🙃
- No rubbish bin in the room
- Fridge super noisy, sometimes you could not sleep, and you had to turn it off
- AC definitely needs maintenance or even replacement

Hôtel sérieux et calme.
Pros:

L'hôtel est confortable et calme. Le personnel est serviable. Le petit déjeuner, copieux, est rapidement servi.
L'hôtel domine la ville. Il est au bord d'une rue passante mais demeure très calme.

Cons:

Assez complexe d'accès en voiture.

Pros:

Все прекрасно: с первого до последнего момента. Особенно хочется отметить приятную атмосферу, которая витает в воздухе благодаря каждому представителю отеля. Завтрак, где каждый найдет себе что-то по вкусу и потом будет хорошо себя чувствовать весь день. Готовность помочь во всех вопросах. Панорамный номер шикарен. Тишина в отеле, уважение к личному пространству, доброжелательность. И, конечно, интерьеры - как во дворце. Спасибо большое, отлично отдохнули!

Pros:

The staff was really super friendly and helpful! The breakfast is great!

Cons:

Although it is called 'Boutique Hotel', the room looked like a standard 3 star hotelroom in which they put two 'chique' chairs. (the reception, breakfastroom and hallways on the other hand looked really )

Perfect stay
Pros:

I loved everything about this hotel. It was clean, well equipped, staff were very very nice and breakfast was delicious and varied. Internet was very good and I had an amazing stay here.
