Pros:

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel en Arménie. L’accueil était chaleureux et le personnel toujours souriant, disponible et attentionné. La chambre était propre, confortable et bien équipée. Le petit-déjeuner était varié et délicieux, avec des produits frais. L’emplacement de l’établissement est également idéal, proche des sites touristiques tout en restant calme. Un grand merci pour cette belle expérience – nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Meets expectations!
Pros:

The location was okay, it was up a hill which was very tiring to climb.. The breakfast was just okay as well.. The host was very nice and welcoming!

Cons:

Room was a bit noisy as I could hear all the talking downstairs.. Rooms were not cleaned every day.

Pros:

Hotel itself is very pretty, our room was cosy, comfortable bed and little fridge.
The staff was friendly and helpful. During the check in the lady told us that they do not enter guests rooms without permission, which means you have to ask for the cleaning or other stuff you need. We actually really appreciated the privacy and just asked for extra toilet paper and some cutlery (the staff provided everything and always asked if we need something else).

Cons:

Location. Without a car it takes a good 30 - 40min to the city center by foot. It's no nice restaurants or bars nearby. Also hotel is located on a hill, so it's quite a bit of a climb to walk back.
