A great base in Pana
Pros:

Huge rooms, convenient location with a big garden just off the main tourist street. Delicious breakfast. Fast wifi.

There's a water cooler with filtered water downstairs by the kitchen.

Cons:

Many hotels in Guatemala don't have air conditioning. However the fans and screens on windows were great.

Also note some rooms are up 3 flights of stairs, in case you have mobility issues.

Pros:

This hotel was absolutely and soulfully beautiful. You can feel the love the staff hold for the buildings, the gardens and the visitors that come to stay. There are lovely murals and quotes painted on the walls and it feels like a spiritual retreat. Loved it so very much. Breakfast was delicious and lovely in the gardens. The hotel is centrally located, yet set back from the street, so it is quiet. The staff were so helpful, friendly and welcoming. This hotel is Mayan owned, and I love that too.

Cons:

There is nothing that I did not like - this is an amazing place. Americans and Europeans who are accustomed to having washcloths provided should bring their own, this is the only feedback, and it's not negative, because they are just not generally provided in Central and South America.

Pros:

El.jardin es como un oasis. La habitación es amplia. La cama es enorme y cómoda. Hay varias opciones de desayuno, muy bueno y si lo necesitas, te preparan para llevar. Está muy bien situado, al lado de la calle Santander pero lejos del bullicio. Ofrecen café y te gratis.

Cons:

La puerta de la habitación tiene cristales y deja pasar la luz. Las almohadas eran muy blandas para mi gusto. El primer día teníamos que salir puntuales a un tour y tardaron en servir el desayuno.

La ubicación es lo más importante desde el hotel se puede acceder a pie a restaurantes, al lago y varios servicios incluyendo hasta un supermercado

La atención del personal fue muy buena, las habitaciones estaban grandes y agradables, podías ver la montaña de fondo, te sirven buen desayuno, te dan agua, té o café de cortesía y es un lugar céntrico. Me volvería a quedar allí.

Pros:

El espacio es muy bonito. La habitación era amplia y tenía todo lo necesario. El personal fue super amable. El desayuno muy rico y podías elegir entre varias opciones. La ubicación está bastante bien ya que queda a unos metros de calle Santander y se tarda unos 15 minutos al muelle.
