Very tipid sa stocks like cofee mate is just 1pc and its for 1 person only 1 pc coffee stick also they should make it at least good for 2 person ..its hassle when you will request pa. They sgoyld give at leat 3to 4 pcs of coffee mate..yun lang po as a coffee lover po ganun ako magtimpla..

Will stay again to see if improvements continue. I used to think of it as a stretch 4-star but now feels lower 3.
Pros:

The breakfast has improved from the last time it was reported to becoming abysmal.

Cons:

Obnoxious young teens are allowed to stay in the breakfast area unsupervised by parents, contributing to a loud and unrelaxing breakfast atmosphere. Hand towels are no longer provided in the rooms. They should charge the shameless guests who keeps taking them home instead of penalizing the rule abiding ones.

The hotel is in a great location but needs some renovations and updates in my view
Pros:

The hotel is reasonable though probably could do with a refresh. The staff were very good.

Cons:

During my stay there was only one of three lifts in operation. The single lift resulted in delays of sometimes 10 minutes to get to the desired floor. The breakfasts were disappointing for me as a westerner, I asked for poached eggs on a few of the mornings and this must have caused chaos behind the scenes, because they took just under half an hour to be delivered. I don't know if they kept forgetting the request, or just didn't know how to cook them. I gave up after that.

Wonderful. Would recommend for the amazing service, great room facilities, & proximity to the malls
Pros:

The attention to detail and the hospitality rendered by the staff were impeccable. For example a dining staff noticed that I enjoyed the green tea bag, and the next day after housekeeping I found my teabags replenished with that same exact green tea.

Cons:

There was an austerity measure going on and at any one time only one lift was functioning. As my arrival coincided with a big public event with many people clamouring up the higher levels, the wait time for the lifts was really long.
