It can get crowded with families on weekends. Sunday breakfast was like a town fiesta 🤣 Good thing I checked out on a Monday and had the time to enjoy the breakfast buffet

It was a very pleasant experience, we will definitely stay again on our next visit. Highly recommended.
Pros:

The location is right at the mall, very convenient for dining and shopping. The staff are very courteous and helpful. Breakfast buffet is excellent, affordable and the menu choices are different everyday. Our room was cleaned and replenished each day.

Live inside a mall
Pros:

Who wouldn’t love living in a mall? Because that’s what it felt like. The breakfast buffets were also amazing!

Cons:

Centralized air had a musty damp smell. We stayed at two different hotel rooms in two different floors and it was the same.

My Wonderful Stay
Pros:

The staff and crew are all hospitable. They all wear a smile. From the guards to the front desk, the resto, and the housekeeping; all have been courteous.

Cons:

Nothing except for perhaps a suggestion that if card is used at the hotel resto, the name of the resto should reflect on my card's soa instead of the hotel's namel to avoid misconception where the cost could have come from. Other than that, all are good.
