i really wish i could continue staying here but the facilities has downgraded so much! i moved to New World. It is a 5 s

the location. I have been staying here yearly since 2022. Can't beat the convenience of tha location with SM mall annexed to it.

Cons:

the facilities sadly has continued to deteriorate. They ask guests to request even basic stuff like shower caps! Is this for tips perhaps? There aren't even hand towels to dry hands with.
The bath towels are so old, discoulored and some frayed at the edges. Second time i had to ask to move rooms because of bad smell. i know it is only 3 stars but they used to be good enough for 3 stars!!! Not anymore. Had to check out the other hotels in the area but Park Inn's location cannot be beaten.

Over all all staff are very accommodating and positive people . I would stay here in my future stay .

Да тут наверное и не чего написать

Cons:

Из недостатков:
1. В номере грязь везде, убирают очень плохо. Если вы захотите выглянуть на улицу то вас ожидают очень грязные окна.
2. Система кондиционирования просто убивает, кондиционер включается на самый холодный режим и дует пока не охладит до выставленной температуры, причем дует прям на кровать и спать не возможно. Включение и выключение кондиционера так же очень громкое.
3. Завтрак в отеле оставляет желать лучшего.
4. Бассейн очень маленький, его практически нет.
Мы проживали в двухкомнатном люксе, но в другом отеле его бы назвали просто стандартом.
В номере нет питьевой воды от слова совсем, что бы ее набрать вам нужно идти к лифту с бутылкой.
