need to improve food for breakfast more muslim friendly
Breakfast can improve. Namely the prepared scrambled eggs is not a nice experiences thats why many places have them done by request. Coffee was not amazing. The staff was pleasant and tryed to really assist. The premises were clean and properly maintained. The location with a big shopping mall atached was just a great thing.
I really like the hotel’s location, especially because it’s directly connected to The Block. Very convenient—everything I need is just a few steps away!
The staff were also wonderful and very helpful. I especially appreciated their service in preparing the balloons for my daughter’s birthday surprise.
Nothing much. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay.
One small suggestion would be to provide two pillows per guest instead of just one. It would make the stay more comfortable, especially for guests who prefer an extra pillow.
Our experience at Park Inn by Radisson North EDSA was very positive. The hotel staff were professional, accommodating, and responsive to our requirements from the planning stage up to the actual implementation of the event. I liked the experience staying at Park Inn I was able to witness the hospitality of the entire staff attending to our needs. Nadz at the front desk right away addressed my concerns regarding my room key issue.Also the room service catered by Jayson Samson with his supervisor Rhenz was excellent. I would recommend that you try to stay to find out what I’m talking about. Let me add the super hospitable staff at Casa Mariel and Cris. Who made us feel more comfortable. All the best to the team and looking forward to coming back next time.👍
