Overall very good as we always stay at Radisson everytime we visit Philippines due to its Location
Pros:

The security guard at Level 3 at Radisson (COLIS) always help us bringing our luggage to the car and very diligent even opening the door. Good job sir.

Sometimes he will find me a parking space which I really appreciate.

Cons:

With cleaning the room, it needs a bit of improvement especially the cleaning person should refill like the Tissue and coffee. Although they did their job tidying up the room which I am happy.

The hotel used to be a highlight of our staycation but the quality of the rooms has now decline.
Pros:

Easy access to the mall and choices of dining.

Cons:

Floors are sticky. An air spray is done in the room and in the bathroom which has a pungent/toxic smell and reacts to people with asthma. There's only one pack of coffee provided which is even not enough for 1 person staying. The red single-person sofa has a weird smell and hasn't been disinfected for a while.

Location is good being close to Bulacan. Direct mall access. Friendly staff.

Cons:

Sheets smell old. Bathroom drain slow. Breakfast crowded and chaotic. Price is similar to other hotels which have better facilities.

Park Inn at Radisson SM North Edsa has the friendly staff. Julli-Ann, in housekeeping was so accommodating and friendly. She fixed something even though we didn’t know it was off. Mariel and Tine, in dining are also exceptional.

Excellent and Heartwarming Staycation Experience
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel, and I would like to sincerely commend the housekeeping team for doing an outstanding job. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed, and everything was clean, organized, and well-prepared. What truly made our stay special was the extra effort they put into celebrating my son’s birthday. The thoughtful greeting and the little surprise they prepared meant so much to us. It showed genuine care and attention to detail, which we really appreciate.
The room was always spotless, comfortable, and consistently maintained throughout our stay. The staff were also very kind, friendly, and professional. Thank you for making our stay memorable. We will definitely be coming back and will highly recommend this hotel to others!
