Good value for money, but parking and traffic were such a hassle
Pros:

The breakfast was surprisingly good and had lots of variety! Also loved the gym, it was small but complete. It was also attached to SM if you need to eat out or buy some things.

Cons:

Parking was so inconvenient and traffic outside was super bad, esp on weekends. It shares its parking with the main mall and the hotel has very few hotel slots. No one’s even checking if the cars parked there are actually checked in.

Pros:

Location was very good - easy connections and 3 huge super malls nearby; Breakfast was really good; the bed was super comfortable (very rare in Manila).

Cons:

A/C was too loud and control was super complicated, in the end I had to switch off controler/ AC as temperature just went automatically up.
A bit annoying was very intense pushing of their useless membership, which I ignored but in the end they send email with congratulations and my new membership details :-) just deleted as spam.

Parking slot nightmare.
Pros:

Located within a mall.

Cons:

It took a long time to get to it. Traffic was horrendous in the place. Very few parking slots for guests. It was a literal battlefield just to get a parking slot. Guards were not very helpful.

Carpet stains were visble and obvious along the hallway.

So far, so good!
Pros:

I love everything about the breakfast: setup, foods I never tried from other hotels (esp. the fried fish), and the self-service for the drinks.

Cons:

Just a small detail in the bathroom: there's a bit of dust hanging on top of the sink, and it made me think if all the hotel rooms were cleaned carefully.

Excellent Venue, Wonderful Experience
Pros:

The staff were very approachable, friendly, and accommodating. The venue was also spacious, comfortable, and well-suited for different kinds of events. Overall, it was a great place to stay and host events, with excellent service and a welcoming atmosphere.

HOTEL THAT’S WORTH YOUR MONEY
Pros:

The location of the hotel is good coz it is within the SM mall premises.
Staffs are accommodating. Atmosphere is cozy.
The session halls are well-ventilated, but the projector needs maintenance.
The food is quite good, but I hope that you have different choices of cuisine to serve.
They always clean the room and provide amenities. The rooms are somehow soundproof.
It is worth the money!

Excellent hotel next to SM North Edsa Mall. I like the location, it’s very convenient.
Pros:

I like the location, the room size, bed mattress quality and clean sheets. Room is clean and toilet has good pressure of water. Environment friendly as they have water dispenser outside. Breakfast is always fantastic! It’s actually my 2nd time staying here in Park Inn, everytime I’m coming home abroad for vacation I book in Park Inn because it’s convenient. Staffs are all lovely. Thank you very much. See you again next year! 🤗
