Excelled in Everything apart from the kitchen sink (Air fryer)
Pros:

Everything you could think of was in the apartment and it was excellent for what we needed

Cons:

There was no air fryer which would of enhanced my overall mark to a 10. There was an issue with a fruit bowl that was provided as an orange was half green and should not of been in the bowl when we arrived.

Tek yatak odalı daire tuttum ancak gittiğimde ücretsiz olarak iki yatak odalı daireye yükselttiklerini söylediler.Teşekkür edip odaya çıktık,Odanın klimaları bozuk çalışmıyordu.Yerden ısıtma kapalıydı.2 saat klimanın tamir edilmesini bekledik ancak tamir edilemedi ve sadece yerden ısıtmayla idare etmemiz söylendi.Yerden ısıtma ise yeni çalıştırıldığı için ısıtması hem çok uzun sürecekti hem de randımanlı çalışmıyordu zaten.Bunun üzerine odamın değiştirilmesini talep ettim.Önce boş oda olmadığı söylendi,sonra ben ısrar edince ortaya tek yatak odalı boş bir daire çıktı.Orası da yine buz gibiydi ancak en azından 5-6 saatte ısındı. Soğuk bir günde check-in yapacak odaların en azından yerden ısıtmaları çalışmalı, ayrıca müşteriyi mağdur etmemek için çözüm üretilmeli.Personeller çözüm üretmekten çok uzaktı.Sürekli kullandığım sorunsuz ve konforlu bir oteldi,umarım bu sorunlar giderilir

The staff were so friendly and welcoming. The lady who greeted us on arrival was helpful and made us feel very welcome.
Pros:

It was very child friendly, the hotel provided a baby cot and the small playground next to the breakfast area was fantastic for entertaining the children.

Cons:

This has nothing to do with the property but the air quality was poor when we were in Istanbul.

Inside the pool, every time I went for exercise, there were two to four kids learning to swim, very loudly and it was clear that they were not hotel guests, and it made us lose our peace.
