Good location, very close to shops and cafes. The coffee shop was good downstairs. Room itself was kept neatly. Staff helpful but spoke very little English. Was fine for a short stay.
The room had some serious mould in the corner, smelt very musty and bathroom and toilet were the same space which felt quite tiny and unpleasant. Windows didn’t open and air conditioning only just kept the room cool.
The hotel is decent, and accessible to many things via cab. At walkable distance there is a good bakery (Tous les Jours - takes card) and a many shops for food; however, cash is necessary to eat in these restaurants, which we found difficult, as we landed on a Saturday night, and banks are closed on Sunday in Vietnam and no ATMs close by. The bed was comfortable, and receptionists helpful when we were trying to arrange things, travelling around HCMC.
The photos of the room, were a bit misleading, as it depicted the room to be a bit bigger than it really was (good photography) . Also the bathroom was very small, and wouldn't close easily.
Nice big room comfortable for a longer stay, great area, surprisingly quiet at night, close to lots of amenities but not by the crazy area.
More geared for self-sufficient travelers. Staff are not really hotel staff more just attendants. Entering through the coffee shop is a bit awkward but was never an issue even late.
Good location, friendly staff, and we appreciated that we could leave the luggage with them after check out.
Bathrooms/showers weren’t great, but acceptable. Would have liked a second key so I could get out while everyone else was sleeping, but unfortunately that wasn’t possible.
I loved the location! Perfectly situated in District 3, a short bike ride to everywhere I wanted to visit with little cafes on the small, walkable street. Coffee shop downstairs was lovely and was always filled with people working and collaborating. However, room not really as appealing as photos show. The bathroom is odd, shower basically over the toilet. The bed sank quite drastically toward the middle (thank goodness I was alone and I could sleep in the middle - two people would sleep on a slope on either side). The taps were loose and the towels were so tiny they barely fit around my waist.
If you’re looking for accommodation on a budget and for somewhere just to sleep while you explore this would be suitable. Definitely not recommended for comfort.
Location wise good really convenient to go everywhere
It got old and they need change itineraries in the room.

Reception staff accepted a cash on delivery package for me at short notice which I really appreciated!
Impractical room layout (for example: no vent in the bathroom, bathroom/toilet has a glass less window to the bedroom). No hand soap. Only realised on my third day that I had to ask for the room to be cleaned (and bins emptied, water restocked) which was not communicated to me at checkin. They also charged me extra to check in an hour before the official check in time, even though all the rooms were ready (and this also wasn't communicated when I shared my arrival time with them before).
Staff couldn't have cared less, somewhat unprofessional, inconsistent communication.

The location was good. Liked the neighborhood. The staff is good.
There was an electric kettle and cups but no tea/coffee. The air conditioner didn't work on the first night. The staircase is quite high and inconvenient if you have large pieces of luggage because there is no elevator.

The hotel is in an amazing position in district 3 and the cafe at the first floor makes great coffee. The staff was also really nice.
The internet connection in our room was very weak and the water was not warm in the shower.
Clean, friendly, comfortable
Much better than expected, everything clean, not outdated, great neigbourhood. Food, drinks, market around, but still quiet.
