Pros:

Newer property nice and clean. Only issue was wall paper falling off in the bathroom. Not just peeling a little like half off the wall.

Pros:

Shower leaks and there was no live TV. When asking the desk, the clerk said that it had to work! Uh, but it doesn’t!!!!! Only solution to offer was to change rooms and my son was already in bed.

Lots of bugs. Air conditioner was dripping water all night, stains in the shower making it yellow. Room was quiet and beds were cozy. Staff was friendly

Pros:

The entire floor was wet. I tried to be easy-going and just clean up the dampness myself, but quickly realized that the AC was leaking and all the moisture was soaked under the laminate flooring. I wrote to the company to alert them to this, but I never received a response. Additionally, the equipment in the gym was broke, and our bathroom light flickered like a fire alarm was going off all night.

Hotel was clean. However the gentleman who was at the front desk could benefit from a customer service class. He was watching something on a laptop in the corner of the lobby. He made you feel like you bothered him coming in. Later i asked about the microwave he couldn't even bother to get up just point to around where it was.
The room was clean but smelled funny. Like rotten seafood, we were tired from all the driving so just dealt wit it.
The room was clean. Had enough towels, toilet paper, etc...
Plenty of parking.

Tiny room not worth the price
Pros:

The breakfast and cleanliness were excellent. The room is tiny no closet no dresser no place to put you clothes. About half the size of a normal hotel. No coffee pot in room no microwave it was clean but tiny. For $240. A night not worth it.

Pros:

Hotel was very subpar to the other Tru by Hilton. Reserved a room with two queen beds. The beds were full size. The mattress was too small for the bed frame. Will not stay at this location again.
