It wasn’t the best but was t the worse
Pros:

Close to kings island

Cons:

Food in our fridge, hair in shower both rooms, shower head in one room leaking to ceiling and causing issues on ceiling. Floor dirty to walk on with no shoes both rooms.
Was told we would get a discount in both rooms and we did not. Wouldn’t print us a receipt until they could adjust price and said they would email us which they did but only one receipt for one room not the other and no discount from what I see on credit card statement.

Not like the other Tru by Hilton's
Pros:

Loved the physical location. It's literally 1 mile from Kings Island.

Cons:

Right from the start, staff were no where to be found. We weren't the only guests waiting. Secondly, this hotel has a very unpleasant smell all throughout. Finally, and most importantly, the room was dirty. The cooling system needs an update. The main shade doesn't work. There were no trash bags in the trash cans. We have stayed at several Tru by Hilton's and never had this problem. This clearly is a Tru by Hilton Mason issue. We will continue booking at Tru by Hilton's, but not at this location.

Pros:

The breakfast was great. The kids loved the toppings for the pancakes. The drive to great wolf and kings island was only five minutes.

Cons:

The hotel was completely booked so it was hard to get more towels and washcloths

Pros:

I like the location . It was a perfect location for over night stay on long trip from TN to NY.

Cons:

The air was not working. I have a special needs daughter that had a hard time sleeping in a hot room. The manager did not show he cared very much. Andrew on the other hand tried to help but the hotel was full and it was late.

Overall a great option for a comfortable stay in close proximity to Kings Island 💯
Pros:

Staff was great. Megan at the front desk went out of her way to ensure our stay was great. The hotel also worked to get us an early check in which helped make our trip to Kinds Island more comfortable
