This was a good find for my quick trip to Knoxville.
Pros:

It was convenient. Priced very fair. Staff was friendly.

Cons:

Need to update a little. Beds were old, but did the trick for what I needed it for. Walls are paper thin, and my neighbors never went to bed.

My sinuses stayed clogged up, bed was very uncomfortable, mold in room

Rude intrusive staff and dirty room

The man working the front desk was rude and very unprofessional. He yelled at me and another customer numerous times when we were asking questions about our reservations. He threatened to cancel our reservations because we asked why he was raising his voice and yelling at us. The room was not clean, the tub had dirt and hair in it, the towels stink and the floors had obviously not been swept, the beds were as hard as the floor. Their website says they have a pool, it was closed. Upon checkout an older man followed me and another customer around asking questions about what we were taking to our cars. He asked the other customer personal questions about his family and made comments about how many kids he had, very rude and unnecessary.
