Great stay for some Camino luxury
Pros:

Fabulous property, very comfortable, washing machine!

Wonderful and comfortable apartment in a great part of town. The team members we dealt with were very pleasant and helpf

Everything except the check in process. Amazing team and beautiful accommodation

Cons:

We found the kiosk check in process very difficult as non-Spanish speakers and we could not see an English language option.

La ubicación era muy buena y la limpieza excelente. Disponia de una botella de agua de cortesía y cápsulas de café.

This apartment exceeded our expectations. Everything we wanted to see was so close and had so many shops and restaurant

This apartment was so clean and perfectly done. We loved how close it was to the cathedral too.

Only complaint is there was no hair dryer in the unit and an extra mirror other than in the bathroom would have been helpful.

The locations was great. , in the middle of the city next to the the lovely Church

We need to address a couple of issues.

The queen-size bed is not suitable for this room — it is too small for an adult and does not provide a comfortable stay. This really needs to be reconsidered or replaced.

In addition, I hope the issue in the shower has been resolved. The wall was damaged and parts were coming loose, which is clearly not acceptable. I already contacted you about this and shared photos as evidence.

Please confirm what actions have been taken to fix these problems.

Lack or staff or ability to contact staff left us very frustrated
Pros:

Modern, clean and well situated

Cons:

Very noisy from the street below.
We could not access WiFi and when scanning the QR code for more information you get lost in various adverts and requests for payment - we ended up getting scammed which resulted in our bank card being cancelled - not helpful🙁

Escaneo del DNI innecesario (agencia española protección de datos)
Pros:

El apartamento estaba nuevo y limpio.

Cons:

La insonorización es muy mala. Se oye todo lo que ocurre en la calle.
Y lo que peor me pareció es que para hacer el check in tuvimos que escanear nuestros DNI.
La agencia española de protección de datos recomienda que no se manden imágenes de este documento e indica que no es necesario.
Si no haces este paso no consigues la llave para entrar al apartamento.
