Five star experience from start to finish!!
Pros:

Excellent service received from Nur. She went out if her way to make our stay an unforgettable experience!!
She communicates well in English and was always available on whatsapp to answer any questions we had promptly prior and during our stay .
Osman carried our heavy luggage all the way up the very steep stairs with a smile!!
The room looked exactly as the pictures on booking.com.
Location was perfect and the view from our balcony was breathtaking!!!

Great experience
Pros:

Would like to thank all staff members, especially Omër and Muhammad for their kindness and service attention.

Cons:

Small TLC, as fixing the toilet paper roll and adjusting some parts of the wallpaper that seemed about to detach. In the breakfast area would suggest to place some labels below every dish in order to assist in understanding the people which are not familiar with turkish food - breakfast was delicious anyway.
