I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well organized, but what truly made the experience special were the people who work here (Ozgur and Lifuk). The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. They made me feel very welcome from the moment I arrived and were attentive to every detail throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great service and a warm, pleasant atmosphere.

Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at Gleam Bomonti in Istanbul! The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and always ready to help. Everything was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The atmosphere of the hotel felt warm and welcoming. The sweet little gift was such a lovely touch and made my back home even more special. The location is great and very convenient. Thank you for your hospitality — I truly enjoyed my time here and would happily come back again.
