Спа и персонал спа, очень грубые и не гости примные. Первый раз увидел что спа ходят со своим полотенцем и кроме сауны и пара нечего не было я так понял что шампунь и мыло тоже собой нада взять. Позор очень расстроен пидоры

Good value for money
Pros:

Staff was polite and welcoming. Our room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was also good. Restaurants and cafes are also on walking distance from hotel but consider the slopes of Istanbul if planning with kids / parents.

Cons:

They need to revamp their entrance as rotating door isn’t comfortable or safe. It’s very challenging to bring strollers and luggage inside the hotel in absence of a sliding door and having a rotating door instead.

The hotel is not near to any metro so we relied only on uber considering we were with a child who needed a stroller and my mother. Good part is attractions (taksim square, blue mosque etc.) are not very far by uber.

Superbe hôtel pour notre première expérience dans cette superbe ville
Pros:

Absolument tout était parfait, la chambre était spacieuse tout était propre le petit déjeuner varié délicieux et très copieux le personnel est aux petits soins ils sont très agréable et serviable mention spécial à Muhammed qui nous a aidé avec nos bagages.
Je recommande les yeux fermés, l’emplacement aussi est très bien, proche de pas mal de moyen de transport et beaucoup de shops dans le quartier bref on a adoré
