매우 뛰어난 외관과 시설 그리고 우수한 직원들

매우 만족스러운 서비스 였습니다. 새로 지은 멋진 호텔로 건물 외관 뿐만 아니라 객실 내부 및 비품도 모두 고급스럽고 좋았습니다. 특히 호텔 직원들의 서비스가 뛰어났습니다. 이번에 저희 외국인 동료가 응급 상황이었을때 호텔 직원들이 모두 최선을 다해서 도와주고 담당직원이 바뀐 후에도 관련 내용을 잘 공유해서 그 다음 날까지도 세심하게 체크하고 도와주셨습니다. 다시 한번 감사드립니다.
위치도 지하철역에서 횡단보도 하나만 건너면 위치하고 있어서 대중교통도 매우 편리하고 주변 환경도 깨끗합니다. 다음에 항저우를 또 방문하면 다시 방문할 의사는 200% 입니다.

酒店房間的設備好像欠缺保養，有些電制沒有電流通。電視選台不多，聲量太限制，幾乎聽不到。早餐理應由早上6:30到10:00，但9點已經不補食物；餐廳一半的地板非常髒！
