The property's staff were very courteous especially the girl with bangs. You can ask them for anything from van rental to locating a Grab to directions, among others. We highly recommend this property. It is situated strategically in Bangkok.

Cons:

Maybe the location because the alley was so tight.

Très satisfait
Pros:

Le personnel est super gentil et agréable. L’hôtel est plutôt bien situé et le rapport qualité/prix est excellent, vous ne trouverez pas mieux.

Cons:

Le seul point négatif est que le frigo fait du bruit durant la nuit mais comme dans tous les hôtels de ce standing. Si vous prévoyez des bouchons, le problème est réglé.

Clean accommodation and outstanding staff
Pros:

The staff is so friendly. Opening doors, helping you with suitcases, taxi or anything else you need. Every day we got free water bottles in our fridge and there is a snack corner where you can get some sweet of savory snacks, tea, coffee, milo etc. Very clean room and comfortable bed. There is a lift to the other floors. Good location for when you want to be close to Jim Thompson house and the shopping malls

Cons:

Nothing really. There is no window, but we knew that and that didn't bother us.

Nice hotel for a night or two
Pros:

I have stayed in Bangkok many times and I always stay closer to where all the attractions are. I was only in Bangkok for a very short time so I decided to try this hotel as it is very reasonable. I did not personally like the location. It is far to walk to anything. It seems to be a combination of a residential neighborhood and lots of construction for new hotels. Some guests may like that it is close to the BTS, but I prefer walking so it was not a great location for me. I had to wait a long time for a grab when I needed to leave as there is major construction on the road nearby. The hotel itself is nice enough. The staff was very pleasant and willing to help with anything.

Cons:

I did not like the shower as it is a hand held one that was not at a great angle when you put it in the holder. I did not like the location as mentioned.

Sauberkeit, das überaus freundliche Personal, und generell was es an Kleinigkeiten anzubieten hat die einen Aufenthalt auch perfekt machen, die Hauseigene Rooftop!
