Nice new place with the exception of the smell on the fourth floor and stain on the carpet

I liked the choices of drinks/snacks in the lobby. Also liked the family environment in the lobby

Cons:

There was a stain on the carpet on the 4th floor at the elevators. The whole fourth floor smelled bad.

Pros:

Clean hotel with 24 hour staff. They have a good selection of medications (headache, heartburn, etc) and snacks available. The air conditioner worked great which was a nice change from other hotels.

Cons:

We had a cat with us, and house keeping commented they would "have to strip the whole bed"
I assumed they did that after every guest, so it freaked me out a bit wondering what doesn't get changed regularly!

Clean. Friendly staff. Great breakfast buffet.

Cons:

The refrigerator in the room was barely cold. No way to adjust it. They have it secured so you can't move it to adjust the controls. Didn't feel it was safe to put my dinner leftovers in it !!! This isn't a one time thing- we've been here several times- always the same.

Stay was pleasant. Pillows are too soft - no support.
Pros:

There was a bus there the one morning during breakfast and therefore, food replacement needed to be quicker.

Cons:

Have more staff for breakfast when you have a bus load of people staying.

Pros:

Checked in late, and was welcomed by friendly face Becky at the reception desk who managed a tour bus arrival, sundries purchases, a phone call with Expedia customer service all at the same time. Grateful to have found this lively, welcoming, safe and clean hotel to rest during my travels. Foosball tables and coffee in the lobby, many families enjoying the lobby, and great breakfast in the morning. Would return again for sure!

Overall the staff was wonderful and accommodating. Rooms were clean and hotel was cozy.

Pros:

Clean hotel. Walking in everything is clean which I like. Did online check in, very easy. Room is no frills and basic but most important clean. If you are looking for dance or luxury this won’t do but for everything else this is perfect. Good shower pressure. Ok breakfast (kids liked the pancake machine ) they have a pool table in lobby and a gym. Staff are nice. Would stay here again. Would pick an odd number room which would be opposite the main road though we didn’t really hear much with even number , just a little
