Fiyat performans açısından iyi diyebilirim konum mükemmel ama otel temizlik açısından yetersiz böyle konumdaki bir otelin daha temiz düzenli olması lazım yatak başlığı kırıktı montalama yapmak için usta olmak şart değil 😇umarım otel yetkilileri dikkate alır .

Perfect location, very good support from the hotel staff in organizing city tours and transfers.

Don’t expect your daily bottle or housekeeping, coming by and cleaning and picking up the garbage, more of a self-serve kind of a place. No English don’t even ask, don’t even ask for anything he’ll probably not get it. Had to wait an extra hour in the lobby because front desk didn’t wanna deal with me. Quite literally he told me check-in is at three getting informed when it clearly said 2 PM on all the paperwork, stay on your toes.

Aside from dropping my pillow on the floor and then picking it up with three different long hairs, and the serious lack of staff attention, it was fantastic.

Oda kesinlikle temiz değildi. Yerlerde tozlar yemek kırıntıları, Tuvalette saçlar ve bir önceki misafirlerden kalan kişisel eşyalar vardı. 14:00 yazan otele giriş saatinde otele gittiğimizde saat 15:00 da alabileceklerini söylediler. Sürekli olarak koridordan sesler geliyordu bu yüzden sık sık uykumuzdan uyanmak zorunda kaldık bu kötü deneyim sonucunda konaklamamızı tamamlamadan otelden çıkıp başka bir otele gitmek zorunda kaldık.

Beklediğimin çok üstünde bir otel. İstanbul’da kalınabilecek en güzel ama en güvenilir ve en iyi otellerden birisi burası. Tüm çalışanlar müthiş tecrübeli ve güler yüzlü. Restoran kısmında hizmet harika, yemekler beklediğimin çok çok üstünde. Dışarı çıkıp yemek yemeye bile ihtiyaç duymadım. Spa bölümü tertemiz, hijyenik ve geniş bir alan. Fırat bey, Onur Bey, Helin hanım harika insanlar olup tamamen müşteri odaklı ve güler yüzlüler. Odalar tek kelimeyle mükemmel.
İstanbul’a geldiğimde sadece bu otelde kalıyorum, takdir edilesi bir işletme , çok sevgiler .

Biraz bakım ihtiyaçları geldiğini düşünüyorum.
Oda eksiklerinin giderilmesi konusunda bir gelişme olursa çok güzel otel.
Nişantaşı’nın göbeğinde güzel bir konum

Amazing location, nice staff, decent room size! We arrived in the middle of the night and the receptionist gave us a couple bottles of water, which was really nice of him.

- The only thing I can say is advise the establishment to restore their bathrooms, having already stayed with them it was better .
- Saying that this time the bathroom had the ceiling all yellow from humidity the paint was cracking, the base of the shower head was not screwed well which meant that we could not hang it on it but hang it on the tap.
- the smell of the bathroom that was released smelled strange smell coming from the drains each time we entered the room with my friend ...to the point that we had to close the door behind us each time before leaving the room so that the smell would not spread
- For a double bed the blanket was not big and sufficient for two people we had to ask for a second one so that each of us could have our own which covered it completely.

The location

we had a difficult time with no internet for 3 days.
housekeeping is offered every other day. poor maintenance and and unfriendly staff.

O kadar kötü bir otel ki hayatımın şokunu yaşadım.Girişte erken geldiğimden kaynaklı resepsiyona oda müsait ise geçme şansım var mıdır sorusunu yönelttiğimde yok dedi bunun üzerine aciliyetim olduğu olduğu için başka uygun bir odanız var sa da uygundur siye söyledim kendisi size yalan borcum mu var diyerek çok kaba ve saygısızca ifade etti.Odamıza geçtikten sonra duvar diplerinde oluşan rutubeti anlatamam bile.Mecbur kaldığım için uyumak zorunda kaldım.Sabah o kadar kötü bir şekilde uyandım ki hayatımda gördüğüm en kötü oteldi.Asla bu paraları haketmiyorsunuz.Hatta bence otel olmayı haketmiyorsunuz.Rezelatti herşey
