It was comfortable and the breakfast was wonderful!
Pros:

It was beautifully designed

Cons:

It did not have free shuttle to airport and could not book it online for some reason so we asked if we could pay the driver or pay at the hotel and it was refused. We were at the mercy of the taxi company.

Pros:

Cómodo, limpio y con encanto. Es un hotel semi brutalista precioso. Las habitaciones son muy amplia. La piscina, jacuzzi y el gimnasio muy completo.

Prima verblijf voor één nacht.
Pros:

Wij hadden een familiekamer, die was ruim en schoon. Bij het ontbijtbuffet ruime keuze. Het zwembad is groot en er zit zelfs een bar in! We hebben in het restaurant gegeten, waar we goed geholpen werden.

Cons:

We hebben veel last gehad van geluid op de gang. We sliepen op de begane grond (en hadden een jetlag), dus misschien dat we daardoor veel mensen laat hoorden aankomen en vroeg hoorden vertrekken (het is natuurlijk een bestemming waarbij mensen doorreizen naar het vliegveld).

Estancia agradable en San José
Pros:

Las instalaciones están bien cuidadas, la habitación era muy cómoda. Hicimos ahí la última noche de nuestro itinerario antes de volver, y muy acertada.

El restaurante y el bar poseen varias opciones de comida, de calidad.

Personal muy atento y amable.

Cons:

Dado que el hotel es bastante grande, nos hubiese gustado nos acompañasen con nuestras maletas a la habitación, dado que con equipaje se hace un poco difícil.

Por otro lado, el café de máquina del desayuno se cobra a parte, cosa que me parece surrealista en esta cadena de hoteles.

La taille de la chambre. Le centre ville pas trop loin à pied
Le personnel et notamment les vigiles.
Grand parking
Aéroport à environ 30min (hors bouchons)

Cons:

Cet hôtel est vieillot dans sa conception et équipements. Le 5 étoiles semblent peu mérité. Le restaurant carte simple mais plutôt correct.
Problème d'isolation. On entend tout.
Des couloirs à n'en plus finir.
Chambre un peu sombre
Il n'y a rien à proximité immédiate pour manger ni meme un supermarché. L'emplacement de la piscine ne donne pas envie

Perfectly adequate
Pros:

The beds were super comfy, room size was great for a family, pool and jacuzzi were enjoyed by the kids, breakfast was great and staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The location wasn’t in the best area and we didn’t realise we would hear the traffic all night.
