Sehr großes und sauberes Zimmer mit täglichem Service.
Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Kostenfreier Parkplatz.
Fußläufig zur Fußgängerzone.
Sehr gutes Frühstück.

Cons:

Das Zimmer roch sehr streng nach Reinigungsmitteln.
Im Hotel steigen täglich wechselnde Reisegruppen ab, welche abends in Bar, Lobbybar und Restaurant Party veranstalten und sehr sehr laut sind.
Auch der Frühstücksraum wird von den Reisegruppen geflutet, das Buffet überfallen und es ist laut wie in einer Bahnhofshalle.
Das müsste anders organisiert werden.

Engaño publicitario y hotel viejo y descuidado

La cama y sábanas son muy cómodas. El silencio en la habitación es excelente. La cercanía a San José muy bien. La comida del restaurante excelente.

Cons:

Al ingresar (10 pm), el recepcionista, un señor cuyo nombre solo recuerdo que empieza con K, tardó bastantes minutos en atendernos porque estaba haciendo algo. Considero que la prioridad en todo momento debe ser el huésped y de segundo el papeleo o lo que haya estado haciendo. Además, la habitación que se veía en fotos y se leía en la descripción de Booking contaba con bañera, e inicialmente nos dieron una sin bañera, lo cual incumple y no coincide con lo que uno escoge. Envié un correo formal y varios mensajes por Booking y solo recibí respuesta del correo un día después cuando ya no estábamos hospedados. Tuve que ir directamente al lobby esa noche a solicitar que me dieran una habitación con lo que elegí en las fotos y descripción. Me dijeron que me dieron una habitación premium como upgrade pero que éstas no cuentan con bañera, así que me pasaron a una estándar con bañera. Parece ilógico que la bañera sea una amenidad estándar y no premium, pero así fue. Al llegar a la estándar, aparte de la bañera, no había nada sustancialmente diferente que una premium. Según el recepcionista la diferencia era el tamaño pero, en realidad, es imperceptible la diferencia. En ese momento el recepcionista sí fue muy amable. Adicionalmente, las instalaciones del hotel, en general, están muy descuidadas: tejas faltantes, lámparas de bola blanca de los años 90s con moho, latas de techo oxidadas, el gym es irrisoriamente diminuto, montones de sillones viejos sin una utilidad real por todo lado, las lámparas externas cerca de la piscina llenas de telarañas, y en general, el hotel tiene un aspecto envejecido, de antaño que no ha sido remodelado ni modernizado en varios aspectos importantes. No hay un parqueo para motocicletas ni mucho menos parqueo techado para huéspedes.
