No view. The rooms are available only at 3 PM and not a minute early.
The room size was good and the bed was very comfortable. Staff were very approachable, reactive and helpful. People serving breakfast were very attentive.
Breakfast was very rich with a lot of options to chose from.
This hotel has by far much more stars than deserved.
Hygiene in the serving area should be improved (hair in the food)

The bed is really comfortable
The rooms are actually quiet, except for the ones with a door connecting you with people in the other room.
The jacuzzi next to the pool is not always on. You cannot put it hotter by yourself but you have to call someone to do it. That person takes their time to arrive so the jacuzzi is not something pretty “usable”

Pool and Garden area were nice to look at, Staff working breakfast were very nice.
No way this should be considered a five-star hotel.
No refrigerator in room coupled to no easly available ice coupled to beat up small ice buckets that barely worked (In room refrigerator was not specifically mentioned on booking.com, but is expected in a "five-star" hotel).
Most egregious is that the room I booked was called a "Pool with a view" room on booking.com. It did not have a view of the pool, but was only somewhat near the pool. It was a first floor room and had a view of a parking lot. Had to keep the curtains closed the entire stay since anyone walking by could look into the room. This alone should result in a partial refund!
Rude arrogant security staff.
Oddly laid out bathrooms with soap dispensers on opposite side of counter from sink.
Body gel in shower was found empty on first shower and not replaced until specifically asked cleaning staff to do it.
Sauna advertised on booking.com, but not working.
Awful TV reception despite specific mention of cable channels on booking.com.
Rooms not "soundproof" as mentioned on booking.com.
Multiple light bulbs that needing replacement.
Significant hidden extra fees not mentioned in the booking.com agreement, but in this small print when registered.
Radisson San Jose is at most three-star experience, not even close to a five-star experience. Left feeling ripped off. I will strongly recommend my friends who visit Costa Rica not stay at this establishment.

En el desayuno dijeron hasta las 10:30 y desde las 10:10 no me quisieron dar para el desayuno
La comida estaba muy rica pero muy cara
