Perto do aeroporto, prático pra quem chega tarde e não quer ir pra parte turística de São Luís. Instalação nova, café da manhã bom, chuveiro bom.

Cons:

O hotel atende bem. O quarto que fiquei era em frente à avenida, um pouco de barulho.

Localização próxima ao aeroporto, estamos indo para santo Amaro

Cons:

Ausência de cobertores e quando solicitado foi necessário na madrugada descer para buscar. Não havia nada no frigobar, tento que buscar na recepção, adicionalmente não tinha o conforto necessário para um descanso adequado.

Hotel bom, tudo prático e funcional.
Pros:

Bom cafe da manhã, embora seja pago, próximo ao aeroporto. Quarto bom, chuveiro ótimo, embora box pequeno.
Check-in e check-out prático e rápido.
Jantamos no hotel, comida boa. Serviço rápido e bom.
Tem estacionamento gratuito, que tb foi ótimo.

O quarto deixa a desejar, com infiltração e não tem mantas. Localização boa!

Localização muito boa para quem precisa ficar bem próximo do Aeroporto.

Cons:

Acomodação não foi tão boa, quanto o visual da recepção que passa uma imagem de sofisticação. Não tinha uma manta e/ou edredon no quarto, apenas um lençol bem fino o que não da conformo aos hospedes e ainda passamos frio. Ainda solicitei uma manta e a resposta foi que não disponibilizavam mais, sendo bem inaceitável. Outro ponto é não ter travesseiro extra, o que não gera conforto também. Além de infiltrações no teto do quarto e corredor com partes pingando água que podem gerar quedas dos hóspedes.

Apartameto muito escuro... pouca luminosidade. Obs: Gostaria de registrar uma reclamação sobre a minha estadia. Durante a madrugada, eu e minha esposa — que está grávida — não conseguimos dormir devido ao barulho excessivo de pessoas arrastando móveis e falando muito alto. Chegamos a ligar para a recepção notificando o problema, mas nenhuma atitude eficaz foi tomada.
