Apesar de ainda considerar me hospedar novamente, falta de flexibilidade prejudicou meu conceito!

As acomodações são muito boas, confortáveis e bem organizadas, proporcionando uma estadia agradável. O café da manhã também se destacou, com boa variedade e qualidade nos alimentos.

Cons:

O ponto negativo foi a rigidez nos horários, sem qualquer flexibilidade ou abertura para diálogo com o cliente. Após a Portaria MTur nº 28/2025, o hotel tem adotado uma postura muito rígida, especialmente nas mensagens sobre fechamento de diária, o que soa mais como punição do que orientação. Poderia haver mais bom senso e equilíbrio no atendimento ao cliente.
