Aria condizionata e frigo in camera assenti. Struttura fatiscente. Igiene molto scarsa. Personale non accogliente. Rapporto qualità prezzo scadente. Totalmente sconsigliato

Que el ascensor estaba en arreglo y me asignaron habitación en el piso 5. DEBÍA SUBIR 5 pisos por ESCALERA.

J'attend toujours mon remboursement information mensongère il est indiqué qu'il y a la clim j'arrive sur place elle est en panne parce que l'hôtel est en travaux donc je décide de ne pas honorer ma réservation car c'est un vrai four et payer 150€ pour ça non merci

It was advertised as having air conditioner when they know it is not available and will not be available due to renovations. this should be clear to people prior to booking.

Brussels was very hot during my stay, and I chose this hotel because it advertised air conditioning. Unfortunately, the air conditioner in my room was not working.

When I arrived around 11pm, I was greeted by a receptionist with a large grin saying that the air conditioning didn't work due to renovations. When I checked in, the room was absolutely sweltering and just outside the window an industrial air extractor or other piece of machinery made a huge amount of noise and made the room tremble.
I confronted the receptionist who quite literally laughed in my face.

I booked another hotel and before leaving the receptionist said that if I signed a piece of paper he gave me, as I didn't sleep in the room, I would be reimbursed. Contacted by Booking's customer service, the hotel refused to reimburse despite the promise at the front desk.

It is understandable that during renovations some services do not work, but due to the heat and noise it was absolutely impossible to stay at the hotel, at least one would expect a more conciliatory attitude by staff, not being laughed at.

The location of the hotel was amazing but it was too loud like even in the 4 am there were people screaming. We couldnt close the window cause AC wont work. There were construction inside building they begin at 8 am until 3 pm too loud. It didnt affect us a lot since we were out most of the time but it was literally noisy. We were at the 6th floor and for 2 nights it didnt work. Rooms were ok. They cleaned it everyday and provided clean towels but no slippers just hair and body lotion were inside the bathtub. Furniture was a bit old and bed wasnt too comfy. I gave literally all the points for location. I wouldnt prefer to stay here again

The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and in a fantastic central location, making it easy to walk to shops, restaurants, and local attractions. The staff were friendly, and overall the facilities were good.

Unfortunately, the biggest downside was the noise at night. Because of the hotel's central location, it honestly felt like trying to sleep in the middle of a nightclub. There was constant noise from outside, with shouting and screaming well into the early hours of the morning. I only managed around 2–3 hours of broken sleep, and even that was interrupted several times by people yelling outside the window.

If you're planning to enjoy the nightlife and don't mind the noise, the location is ideal. However, if you're a light sleeper or hoping for a restful night's sleep, I'd recommend bringing earplugs or considering a quieter hotel.

Det mesta detta är inget 3stjärnigt hotell på sin höjd 2 stjärnor. Tv med stora störningar, svåröppnade fönster ingen fungerande luftkonditionering, allmänt slitet.
