Ho soggiornato in questo hotel in diverse occasioni e in camere differenti: alcune hanno una vista davvero bellissima. In ogni caso, ho sempre trovato ambienti puliti, ben curati e accoglienti.

Il personale si è dimostrato sempre gentile e disponibile, anche nel risolvere una problematica sorta durante una prenotazione, aspetto che ho particolarmente apprezzato.

La posizione è eccellente: si è in pieno centro e a due passi da quasi tutte le principali attrazioni e servizi. Gli ambienti sono confortevoli, ben climatizzati e dotati di tutto ciò che può servire durante il soggiorno.

Anche il bagno era pulito, perfettamente funzionante, ben attrezzato e con un'ottima manutenzione. Anche se piccola, la palestra è stata una piacevole sorpresa e un servizio molto apprezzato.

Nel complesso è stata un'esperienza molto positiva. Consiglio questo hotel senza alcuna esitazione e ci tornerei volentieri.

Cons:

In tutta sincerità, non c'è stato nulla di particolarmente negativo. L'unico aspetto che potrei segnalare è che l'ultima camera in cui ho soggiornato era piuttosto piccola rispetto ad altre camere provate nella stessa struttura, pur avendo un prezzo pressoché simile.

Ho avuto anche qualche difficoltà nel contattare l'hotel telefonicamente, ma ogni volta che si è presentata una problematica o una richiesta di supporto, ho sempre ricevuto un riscontro rapido, professionale ed efficace. Per questo motivo, il giudizio complessivo resta decisamente molto positivo.

De badkamer zag er nieuw uit, dus dat was zeker in orde

Cons:

De kamer op zich was niet heel netjes.
ik had laat ingecheckt aangezien ik in de buurt aan het werk was, ik ben in Brussel gebleven omdat ik de volgende dag terug moest werken.
Mijn kamer lag blijkbaar naast een werf dus vrij vroeg al geluidsoverlast.

Ook de poetsvrouw was vrij vroeg al luidruchtig bezig op de gang, ze liet onder andere de stofzuigersteel tegen mijn deur vallen.
Dus ik was niet echt uitgerust toen ik vertrok

Hôtel délabré et sale
Pros:

L'emplacement au centre de Bruxelles est nickel pour visiter

Cons:

Photos mensongères avec une bouilloire fantôme, la moquette est vraiment sale et l'hôtel est en travaux donc en prime une vue sur de grandes bâches à l'extérieur qui font un bruit pas possible avec le vent !

Pour le prix ça ne doit pas être compliqué de trouver mieux !

DO NOT STAY HERE AT ALL COSTS

The listing is not representative and is a fraud.

The room I received does NOT match the pictures shown in the listing at all. I requested to cancel the listing immediately upon checking in, contacted with a live staff who said they could not because the hotel was not picking up their calls. Absolutely ridiculous.

- Construction work being done outside, with loud noises waking me up at 8am (I have a video in the room on google reviews, and this isn't even as bad as the drilling).
- Receptionist is extremely unfriendly and does not bother to help (I asked how to on the aircon and all he did was mime out pressing a button. He looks at his computer the whole time and after maybe a minute looks up and asks me "what do you want?")
- Live wiring in the room as the electrical sockets are not correctly set up.
- Lift not working so i had to carry all my things up and down (useless receptionist said he can't do anything about it)
- Floor was very dirty.
- Whole place looked like it was under renovation.

This is a fraudulent listing, and it is absurd that it is still up for booking. The room i received is exactly the same as another review, and the receptionist I am referring to is exactly the same as another review. It is clear that the hotel does not address any of the customer's concerns and no effort is made to correct anything. I strongly recommend anyone to look for alternative listings. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Confortevole stanza ben climatizzata silenziosa come piace a noi

posizione centralissima vicinissimo alla piazza principale strategico per l'utilizzo della metro

Cons:

un po piu attenzion e nel riassetto/manutenzione della camera lavandino bagno otturato e non ripristino della carta igienica esaurita
