The room was very nice, and clean, with everything we needed for our stay. The breakfast was very good as well. Easy parking, checkin, etc. We didn't use the pool or gym.

Everything was good however the air conditioning was not working in our initial room which we were then moved to another room. Also there was no hand soap in our room but the staff responded rather quickly. Overall it was a decent stay.

One night after cruise
Pros:

Arrived early after cruise. They gave us one of our three rooms early. We stored luggage there. One person took a nap, the rest of us, ubered to Old Quebec City and had a peaceful french lunch, prayed at church, lit a candle and listened to an open air saxaphone concert in park. Uber easily found us and we had a good night's rest.

The hotel is conveniently located, and the building and rooms appear updated and modern. Unfortunately, the cleanliness and service did not meet expectations. We discovered that the soap bar in our room had visible hairs on it, suggesting it had been used and simply placed back in the box. This was concerning, as it indicated that the cleaning staff did not notice or replace it. When I brought the soap to the front desk, the staff member responded with little concern, simply asking if I needed another without offering an apology or acknowledgment of the issue. The breakfast was also disappointing, with a limited selection and mediocre quality. Overall, while the location and facilities are good, the lack of attention to cleanliness and service was very disappointing.
