Amazing location and great stay
Pros:

The location was amazing. A few minutes walk to the tram station. Carrefour was just outside the hotel to grab some essentials. You have so many options for restaurants, waffles and chocolate shops. The room was very comfortable. We had a small living room space with a tiny kitchen which were very useful. A/C and WiFi were working well.

Cons:

The cleaning was not thorough. Whilst the room was clean, we found used tissues in the drawer of bedside table. Called the reception and the manager came straight away to remove them.

Goed verblijf.
Pros:

Het hotel lag in het centrum dicht bij de Grote Markt en omgeving, alles te voet bereikbaar.
Wij waren nichtjes en vroegen een kamer met 2 aparte bedden en ze hebben er rekening mee gehouden.

Cons:

Wij sliepen aan de straatkant en hadden heel veel nachtlawaai tot in de ochtend.

Séjour décevant aussi bien en termes de propreté que de confort et de bruit
Pros:

La décoration est plutôt jolie. C’est ce qui nous a initialement attiré.

Cons:

L’emplacement est certes central, mais dans une rue extrêmement bruyante et mal fréquentée. En rentrant le soir à l‘hôtel, des gens fumaient du cannabis de chaque côté de la porte d’entrée et l’odeur pénétrait dans le hall. C’était assez désagréable.

La propreté de la chambre était douteuse : le ménage n’avait pas été fait sur les tables de chevet et les meubles, nous y avons notamment trouvé des poils, des cheveux et des miettes. Les oreillers n’étaient pas vraiment confortables, et le surmatelas n’était pas aux mêmes dimensions que le matelas…
L’eau qui permet de se doucher passait du froid au chaud en permanence pendant la douche.
La nuit, les bruits de la rue sont très dérangeants pour dormir (pourtant, nous étions là en pleine semaine). Il faut attendre jusqu’à plus d’une heure du matin pour espérer s’endormir.

Le personnel n’était pas agréable : c’est à peine si on nous esquissait un « bonsoir » ou « au revoir ».

Nous sommes extrêmement déçus par cet hôtel, qui semble bien sur les photographies, bien situé et qui a de très bons avis, chose que nous ne comprenons pas.

Świetna lokalizacja, pomocny personel, dobry stosunek jakości do ceny

Cons:

Pokój znajdował się w odrębnym budynku (nie odnotowałem tej informacji wcześniej), kilkukrotnie musiałem wymieniać karty do pokoju bo nie działały

Très bon emplacement, mais équipements sanitaires à rafraichir

L'emplacement, le décor burlesque, le buffet petit déjeuner

Cons:

le matelas qui penchait fortement vers le milieu du lit, le pommeau de douche qui fuitait, le robinet de l'évier grippé, l'évacuation de la baignoire et de l'évier complètement bouchés.
