Great location and fabulous AC!
Pros:

The location was great and close to all the main tourist spots and lots of restaurants. That does mean it gets loud in the evening though. It’s not too bad if you are used to living in the city.

Cons:

The hall was perfumed heavily and the coffee bar was out of water in the morning.

Marvellous place at the heart of brussels
Pros:

First night room was small and too hot. No air condition was working. The next morning they changed our room to may be 30 m^2?room with marvellous air condition.
The breakfast was very nice either

Pros:

Le principal atout de cet hôtel est l'emplacement. Il est idéalement situé. Tout se fait à pied et le quartier est très animé.

Cons:

Si en revanche comme moi vous appréciez l'expérience hôtel, vous serez un peu déçu. Pas de machine a café ni bouilloire dans les chambres; pas de fer non plus mais une iron room au 1er étage. Pas de service room, autrement dit impossible de se poser tranquillement si on a envie. On doit prendre son petit café et aller au 1er étage chercher de l'eau chaude, pas possible d'aérer la chambre car la fenêtre est condamnée. Résultat, mon fils est rentré malade. Pour le prix de la nuitée, je trouve que c'est un peu "abusé ". Ceci dit on a passé le temps dehors heureusement. Ah oui, le petit déjeuner à 25euros?? Sans la moindre gauffre??

I booked a 2-night, 3-day stay at Craves Hotel Brussels for my wife (who is 6 months pregnant), my elderly mother (with health issues), and myself. We arrived on May 26th. The hotel gave us a family room on the 5th floor, and the elevator was broken.

When I asked how long the repair would take, the receptionist promised it would be fixed within 2 hours. Trusting this, we left our three large suitcases (roughly 25 kgeach) at reception and went out to explore the city.

We returned late that evening, exhausted, only to be told the elevator was still broken. No room change offered. I had to carry heavy suitcases up 5 flights of stairs with the receptionist, while my pregnant wife and elderly mother struggled up empty-handed. I asked again if it would be fixed the next day, stressing that we would change hotels or need a lower floor if not.

The next night, we came back to find the elevator still not working. A different receptionist simply shrugged and said, "There is nothing I can do." That was it.

On checkout morning (May 28th), I asked for help carrying the luggage down. The hotel sent an elderly woman from the kitchen to carry our bags down 5 floors. I was horrified.

My wife, after all the repeated climbing while 6 months pregnant, developed severe stomach cramps. My mother was in visible distress. We were terrified for the baby's safety.

This hotel showed zero care for a pregnant guest, an elderly person with health problems, or common decency. They lied about fixing the elevator, refused to move us, and sent a frail kitchen worker to do their job for them. Do not stay here if you value your health or your family's safety. Absolutely disgraceful. They put my pregnant wife and elderly mother in danger – unforgivable

L'équipe de l'hôtel très sympa, son emplacement est parfait pour ce balader au centre ville

Cons:

Beaucoup de problèmes avec l'état des chambres (un bruit de système d'air tous les 10
secondes qui empêche à dormir, les draps du lit pas propres, les fuites dans les douches, l'air conditionner qui goute dons de l'eau sur le sol)

Séjour dans l’hôtel Craves
Pros:

L’emplacement de l’hôtel, l’équipement de la chambre convenable, un peu vieux mais ça donne son charme.

Cons:

Nous avions une chambre familiale dans un autre bâtiment que l’hôtel en lui-même, pas pratique rampe d’escalier étroit avec une poussette, une valise et 2 enfants.
