Pros:

Nice room, good shower.

Cons:

It's opposite noisy bars which stayed open almost all night. Could do with better double glazing! Quite difficult to sleep.

An der Sauberkeit im Zimmer sollte geachtet werden. (1 Handtuch war fleckig, Boden im Zimmer nicht ganz sauber, abgebröckelter Putz auf der Fensterbank)

Pros:

Otelin konumu gerçekten çok iyi. Merkezdeki önemli yerlere yürüme mesafesinde. Turistik bir bölgede yer aldığı için bazı yerlerde yaşanan tedirginlik hissi oluşmuyor. Grand Place 5-6 dk, Centraal tren istasyonu 8-10dk yürüme mesafesinde. Yataklar büyük ve rahat. Oda güzel dizayn edilmiş ve her gün temizlemiyor. Araç ile gelecekler için yakınında kapalı otopark da var.

Cons:

Tabi bu kadar merkezi konumda olmasının dezavantajları da var. Özellikle karşıdaki pubdan gece geç saatte gelen sesler ve yine sabahın erken saatlerinde cadde temizliği için çalışan araçların sesleri rahatsız edici olabiliyor. Oda 2 kişiden fazlası için biraz küçük. Valiz koyabileceğiniz alan bulunmuyor.

I never write bad reviews. I will make an exception now. I specifically filtered on hotels with parking and booked Craves. Turns out no parking and some parking garage far away, so adding expensive parking for 2 days to my stay. big disappointment, had to walk with quite some luggage. Further it turned out my room wasn't in the hotel, but across the street, 3 stairs up. couldn't walk up straight in the room because of construction beams.. All in all overpriced and not delivering on the offer considering over 200 euro per night

Pros:

Lokatie was top! Prachtig ingericht! Ik ging voor zaken maar de volgende keer zal ik wederom voor dit hotel kiezen als ik een weekendje Brussel aandoe.

A big letdown.
Pros:

The sheets and the bathroom were clean, but that's around where the positives end. Oh, and very central location.

Cons:

The entire hotel feels like it has been neglected for 10 years. Most furnishings are covered with stains, dust, or fingerprints. We stayed for a night for 190 Eur (breakfast inclusive), mainly because of the location and the excellent rated breakfast. The location is very central, albeit right between two casinos. From the moment you enter the hotel, you notice the grime and fingerprint-filled glass door. Not a great first impression. Then, the staff at the reception makes you feel like you are not welcome here. I made the mistake of trying to speak dutch initially, and she seemed very offended that I tried that. Finally about that "excellent" breakfast, I would say it is slightly below average at best for a buffet of this selection. I genuinely do not think this place deserves half the price, and half the rating it has. I do not know how they got such high ratings, I would definitely avoid staying here if you can help it.

Pros:

The staff was very helpful and always willing to assist us. The room was cleaned daily, and the location is excellent, right in the center, with a nice restaurant on the ground floor.

Cons:

The room did not have a refrigerator or a kettle, and although it was cleaned every day, the bed sheets were not changed during our stay.
