Did not receive a welcome bag shower was dirty and the attendant was supposed to have our room close to my dad’s room. I was on the fourth floor and he was on the second.

Clean, comfy, reasonably priced.

My only problem was that someone was able to access my room at 2am, while me and my friend were sleeping. I woke up to the sound of the key being used thinking it was one of my girls but when I said "Hello" the person said "I'm sorry, wrong room". I would suggest upgrading your key making equipment so that this doesn't happen to anyone else.

Cons:

It’s too much plastic everywhere, it would be great to reduce the amount of it and things like one-time cups, plates, plastic forks etc. Breakfast was not tasty, no normal plates and normal cups.
