It was good.

Our room was kind of humid and musty-smelling. Not sure if we were close to the pool or it was the cleaning process.

Pros:

We lost our little kitten while there and the entire hotel staff joined in searching for her! After a while we had to get on the road sadly without finding her. 3 hours later, they called us and they had found her!! They took good care of her until we could pick her up! They all went way above and beyond to help us and we are very, very grateful to all of them!💕 We would definitely stay here again! Oh and the beds were comfy and the room was very clean!!

Pros:

Saturday breakfast was great. On Sunday when I ent was out of everything. When associate brought out the cinnamon rolls, th were cold and since people wet wait in in them they should have warmed them up before th brought them out of kitchen

Cons:

The television cable company. Not a good setup. When you cant use the guide to find something on amd to get to a channel you had to scroll up and down until you got to a channel.

Fun family celebration stay of birthdays, graduation, and Mother's Day.
Pros:

Breakfast was delicious, the room was spacious for our family and the hot tub/pool area was enjoyed by all. Liked the early pool open and the late checkout.

Cons:

We didn't know the pool closed early so everyone was disappointed not to be able to enjoy after graduation and supper, but it opened early so we were able to enjoy right after breakfast.

Elevator Scam
Pros:

This hotel elevator has been broken down for weeks and will not be repaired anytime soon but the management has failed to notify the guests that make reservations at the hotel, in person or online. You are only notified once they accept your money for payment or by a printed out sheet with small print on the check in desk.
I personally called the hotel to inquire about a different subject and I wasn't notified, only after I checked in was I informed that the elevator didn't work and my room was on the third floor.
The management actions at this hotel are unethical and fueled off scamming their guests.

The bathtub bottom was moving up and down depending on where you moved and the bed I had the bottom was clearly broken it felt like it would fall over if I moved suddenly

Everyone was so nice. Room was very clean. The lobby was clean. Free breakfast was great!

Cons:

I loved everything about this hotel except the elevator wasn't working and we were on the 3rd floor, but no complaints. At least we got some exercise. 😊
