Pros:

Lovely rooms, great pool, breakfast was very good

Cons:

It was expensive, 300.00 for one night. The only room available to for 5 people.

Pros:

Everyone was so nice. Room was very clean. The lobby was clean. Free breakfast was great!

Cons:

I loved everything about this hotel except the elevator wasn't working and we were on the 3rd floor, but no complaints. At least we got some exercise. 😊

Facility is nice. Manager is terrible. They rip off your money and lie about it.
Pros:

The building itself is nice. Bed and rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Pool was nice but WAY too chlorinated.

Cons:

The staff other than one person was TERRIBLE. Tina the manager is rude condescending and clearly hates her job. I was charged 3 times for 2 rooms. NO WHERE does it say I will be charged before I arrive. They claim it’s a pre authorization. It withdrew from account. I had $1000 of hotel charges pulled when I shouldn’t have because one room I was charged twice for but they argued with me despite my bank statement being directly in front of them. A the other room was going to go on my dads card that’s why I picked pay at location but they charged me for his room early too. Tina was nasty and rude with me. They called me a liar about the charges despite it being directly in front of them. The ma who worked the night shift Saturday night to Sunday morning was a gem though. Pool has way too much chlorine. My eyes started burning the moment I walked up to it. I also slipped and fell on ice because it wasn’t removed from the sidewalk. I couldn’t sleep on my right side for 3 days.

I enjoyed my stay and will be coming back.
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I asked for early check in and I was met will a willingness to try and make that happen.

Cons:

Please put a nonslip surface in your bathtubs, and appropriately placed hand rails. Everything about the hotel was very nice, but the bathtubs require attention from a safety perspective.
