Çok şık, temiz ve butik bir otel niteliğindeydi. Özellikle otel personeli harikaydı. Seyif, Hamal, Kevin, Ilarıa, Mhıke ve Marat’a ilgilleri, enerjileri ve emekleri için çok teşekkür ederim……

A lovely little hotel in a great location with great staff.
Pros:

The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. The location is excellent. The staff are outstanding. The breakfast has a nice assortment of options.

Cons:

The rooms are all located on the first floor of a building connected to a shopping atrium. The entrance is on a side alley that is a little hard to find. My room was located on the shopping atrium side of the hotel, which was exceptionally noisy into early morning hours. Fortunately, I had ear plugs, which helped.

Fabulous boutique hotel with friendly staff.
Pros:

Fantastic location - just steps from Theatro San Carlo and the royal palace. Lovely staff, great breakfast. Great gelateria just steps away!

Cons:

The hard surfaces of the galleria next door makes the noise of the crowds and clean up crews echo.

The best way to celebrate my birthday
Pros:

I loved this hotel and Naples.
Welcoming friendly staff, there is always a Buon giorno and everyone was so lovely. I was sad to leave, but I had to come back to reality and my work!!
Thanks especially to Rebecca, Fabio and Luigi for looking after me.

Cons:

Not so much a dislike. My room looked out onto the Galleria which was very busy and could get noisy. It's not a negative because I had a wonderful view and once the window was closed you couldn't hear much. I also spent alot of time out of the hotel so it didn't trouble me too much.

Geheimtipp in bester Lage
Pros:

Schöne moderne Zimmer mit bequemem Bett.
Ein Rückzugsort mit Zimmern, die teilweise auf die Galleria Umberto blicken, ganz in der Nähe vom San Carlo Theater.
Man geht zwei drei Schritte und ist mitten im quirligen Neapel! Ich sage nur Pizza Fritta und danach ein Gelato..
Personal super freundlich. Gutes Frühstück.

Cons:

Das Treppenhaus und der Weg in den ersten Stock passt nicht zum Luxus des Hotels.
