ご飯美味しい&部屋がとにかく広くて綺麗！
Pros:

朝食はパンの日バイキング形式でとても美味しく、スタッフの案内も親切でどなたも優しかったです。自分へのご褒美にゆっくり過ごしたいとこちらのホテルを選びましたが、広々としていて家のように歩き回って過ごせてとても快適でした！
内装が好みで、お風呂も広々としていてチェックアウト前にもゆっくり浸かりました。

Cons:

良くないというより、神経質な方は気になる点かなと思います。
風景が見えないので道路側の部屋だったのだと思いますが、車の音(特にトラックが行き交う音)やクラクション音が部屋によく響きます。
静かな環境だと眠れないという人にはちょうど良い賑やかさで、どこでも寝られる人には気にならないほど快適なお部屋環境です。

居心地のよい、また来たくなるホテル
Pros:

各階に3部屋しかないこじんまりしたホテルですが、スタッフも親切で、お部屋もとても清潔で、朝ごはん（一人千円）は感じのよい女性がお一人で切り盛りされていて、手作りの温かいおかずや切りたてのフルーツがとても美味しかったです。

Cons:

壁が薄いようで、大きめの声で話すと隣に聞こえそうでした。
お風呂場のシャワーヘッドですが、立った時に置く場所はありますが、風呂椅子に座った時に置く場所がないのが不便でした。

歯磨き粉がGUMなのがよい！
お借りした調理器具が大変綺麗！
TVの大きさが大き目でよい！
シーツに加え、掛け布団とシーツの間に使える布が心地よかった！

Pros:

Location was perfect in Hommachi because there were 3 train lines passing the station. We came from JR Sin Osaka and the train was direct to Hommachi station. Easily accessible to Dontobori and Shinsaibashi area.

Cons:

Slight wind was coming from the windows because they are sliding and not double glazing but it wasn’t cold so it was okay.

Amazing hotel for large groups!
Pros:

Very spacious room for a family of 5 adults. Friendly and helpful staff. Located in a good neighborhood with a grocery, multiple convenience stores, and restaurants all within easy walking distance. Very difficult to find hotels that can accommodate 5 people, but this hotel filled the bill perfectly!

Cons:

No complaints whatsoever.
