Pros:

Bed was moderately comfortable

Cons:

The main sink in one room was clogged. The shower was clogged in the other.

Carpet and couch stained Tiles in the bathroom cracked. Overall just feels like it’s falling apart and being cheaply taken care of.

The so-called full breakfast had limited food at 9 AM. Only had coffee, no juice or bottles of water to drink. Just cereal, eggs and biscuits.

Pros:

The staff was great - the TV didn't work and they did all they could to fix it. I requested non-smoking and Booking.com switched it to smoking. I'm allergic to cigarette smoke, but the hotel was full, so the staff couldn't switch me. They tried their best.

Dreadful.
Pros:

Front desk service was decent.

Cons:

There wasn't anything to like. The room we were offered first had stains on chairs, & a spazzing light over the bathroom counter. 2nd room was worse - the stains were everywhere on carpet/chairs/walls. There was bits of trash all over the carpet & bathroom floor. The elevator going up had lost a couple tiles, and was dirty. I wish I had made the decision to find a different place, and it will stand as one of the worst hotels I've stayed at.
