Dreadful.
Pros:

Front desk service was decent.

Cons:

There wasn't anything to like. The room we were offered first had stains on chairs, & a spazzing light over the bathroom counter. 2nd room was worse - the stains were everywhere on carpet/chairs/walls. There was bits of trash all over the carpet & bathroom floor. The elevator going up had lost a couple tiles, and was dirty. I wish I had made the decision to find a different place, and it will stand as one of the worst hotels I've stayed at.

The door to the room was wide open when we walked up to it. I went and told the front desk and he asked if it was clean. I said we weren't going in that room. (Myself and my granddaughter) He said he'd take a look. He went to the room turned on one light and looked around and said it was good. He said that the house keeper must have left it open. Once we got settled i noticed the trash was filled and we didn't fill it. By then I was too tired from a 7 hour drive to go complain again.
In the morning as I was looking around, I noticed how dirty the curtains were and the shower curtain too. Will never stay there again. It was nerve wrecking seeing the door wide open and then how nonchalant the desk clerk was about it.

La facilidad de la reserva y la disposición del personal, la agitación tenía todo lo necesario aunque la cafetera no funcionaba muy bien y la instalación de la picina muy bie...estaba limpio y la temperatura del agua bien.

Cons:

Mi unico reparo es la cafeteria...cuando llegue no quedaba nada y ni espacio para sentarse...me tuve que ir con un café a la habitación y la cafetera de allí no funcionaba bien. Y además el wc de mi habitación estaba colapsado, por lo tuve que arreglar.

Birthday Getaway !
Pros:

Pool and hot tub were open for use!

The room I had was a King Suite and the room was big and the bed was comfortable. I slept like a baby in the bed.

Breakfast was small but delicious !!
