Reservation not honored.
Cons:

My room was prepaid for. Yet, when I arrived I was told there was no vacancy - no rooms left. The front desk clerk said they'd cancelled my reservation and gave my room to another traveler. There was no other hotel in that town. My family and I wound up sleeping in the car. The room charge remained on my card for over two weeks. There was no compensation.

Nothing at all

Cons:

I didn't like everything about the whole stay, as soon as we entered the room it smelled like smoke from all kinda drugs or something but it stunk stunk. Plus the counters were stinky with something all over. Also the floors. And the worst of all our blankets had all kinds of different hair from different body parts plus stains everywhere. Never again will I sleep in this dump. I should've just slept with the homeless in their tents I bet they were cleaner
