Everything was great

The front staff team was very helpful. The room size was nice.
Food was sunpar, microwaved bacon, potatoes, and eggs. After 9 pm, the coffee in the lobby was not refreshed, and it was cold. If you are looking for a quiet hotel, this is not the one for you. If you are traveling for business, the business center is in the lobby, and it often does not work. There is no laundry facility, which would have been nice. No hot tub.
The front staff was exceptional
The breakfast had poor quality and limited options. Microwaved food cold potatoes . Oftentimes food ran out and took a while to replace. We have been to several Hilton hotels this by far was the worst breakfast selection..The coffee was rarely refreshed and oftentimes cold
The pool was cold.
Room 300 on 3/ 22 was not cleaned. Sheets when requested to be cleaned and changed they were not. Soups , shampoos and conditioners were not refilled and were empty. Dirty towels were left in the bathroom.
Room 319 when cleaned is not vacuumed.
On 3/ 22 the room above 300 was quite loud. The front desk was notified.
The work center was not working , it would not print, the front desk was very helpful and was able to print the material for me. Your front desk people were very friendly and helpful.
The shower door did not stay closed neither did the bathroom door.
The location is amazing because it just by shopping center and walmart walking distance. The food is absolutely delicious. Indoor pool is amazing. The room is updated. Newest hotel. Absolutely recommended and I will definitely come back soon for special events. Thank you
