colazione mediamente buona, posizione ottima, bagno funzionale
camera da due adulti adattata come camera da tre adulti, ristrutturazioni in corso negli edifici vicini, ho pagato a booking per 5 notti (2 adulti) 947 chf prenotazione poi cambiata in 4 notti ma mi ha restituito solo 62 che (anziché 189 che per un giorno in meno): resto in attesa della differenza non ricevuta
Świetna lokalizacja, bardzo estetycznie zaprojektowane wnętrza, codziennie uzupełniany barek, pyszne śniadania z lokalnych produktów i wiele z nich bio.
Widok z tarasu na budynek w remoncie, poranne hałasy z budowy.
Mooi hotel met goede ligging ten opzichte van het centrum. Parkeren kan dichtbij in een parkeergarage. Personeel is erg vriendelijk. Ontbijt was goed. Centrum op loopafstand. Kamer geen airco, maar wel goede klimaatregulatie, waardoor het ondanks de hitte prima te doen was op de kamer (rond de 19 graden).

La atención de la encargada de la consejeria Luz: eficaz y amable.
Un calor tremendo en la habitación. No hay aire acondicionado en pleno mes de agosto, y con un calor humedo muy incomodo.
Y el colchon muy incomodo: se hunde. Y la almohada igual.
Para rematar la incomodidad en el edificio de enfrente obras con mucho ruido desde primera hora de la mañana.

Pas de climatisation
The hotel was nice with lovely staff.
given the heat and the fact that the hotel is located above bars, it was impossible to open the windows to get some fresh air as it was really noisy until 4 am… therefore it might be better to stay in this hotel in winter and during the week.

We stayed in this beautiful modern hotel for one week in August, and we absolutely loved it!
We loved the room, which combines stunning Japanese design with absolute comfort, and we already miss it: a roomy shower, a big window overlooking a lively street, lots of wood, a really comfy bed, a quiet, cozy and relaxing atmosphere, a free minibar, a coffee machine and a teapot, free fruit always available, and many more amenities...
The temperature in our room was always comfortable despite the hot weather outside and the lack of air conditioning.
The staff were really kind and very helpful!
We had breakfast there once, and it was delicious. It costs CHF 25 for hotel guests.
The location is also perfect, just a 10-minute walk from the main station.
We'll always keep Art House Basel in our hearts!
Gran bella struttura, hotel in una posizione centrale che ti da la libertà di raggiungere più o meno tutti i punti d’interesse a piedi.
Accolto al check-in da due ragazze veramente cordiali e sorridenti, così come lo è stato il portiere notturno quando ci siamo incrociati mentre compilavo il foglio della colazione.
Stanza bellissima e curata in ogni dettaglio, un oasi di relax, o almeno io l’ho trovata così.
Accessoriata di tutto il necessario, dispongono anche di kit di cortesia chiamando la reception, nota di merito alla cassa bluetooth in camera e a tutta la linea di shampoo sapone e crema corpo.
Disponibile anche la colazione in camera, con un supplemento di 8CHF, veramente deliziosa (colazione continentale).
Ho soggiornato anch’io di sabato notte ed effettivamente la strada è leggermente rumorosa, con finestre insonorizzate ed eventualmente tappi per orecchie a disposizione già in stanza.
Sarà una tappa fissa quando passerò da Basilea.

Not having AC into the room when outside were 36 degrees C is absolutely not acceptable.
Camera bellissima e molto accogliente
Le camere x legge sono raffrescate con nuovi impianti che purtroppo,non riescono a sopperire al gran caldo!
