Genel olarak memnundum ancak odadan ne yazık ki hiç memnun kalmadım

Otel de 2. Defa konaklıyorum genel olarak güzel. Kahvaltı çok güzel ve çok fazla çeşit mevcut çok başarılı. Otelin konumu çok güzel çok merkezi her yere çok yakın

O da çok küçük ve çok rahat edilebilir değildi. Küçük çift kişilik oda tercih etmiştim ama bir önceki konaklamamda da aynı şekilde tercih etmeme rağmen o da daha geniş ve daha konforluydu ve bu yıl da tercih etme sebebim de buydu. Ancak Bu sene konakladığım oda da banyo ve tuvalet neredeyse odanın içindeydi.lavaboyla, Banyoyu ve tuvaleti ayıran bir kapı ne yazıkki yoktu. Resepsiyondan upgrade rica ettim ama bu konu da bir destek alamadım.

Personal, Einrichtung, Lage

Cons:

Leider war es nachts sehr laut, da bis etwa 4 Uhr morgens Partylärm zu hören war.
Zudem befindet sich direkt gegenüber der Terrasse eine Baustelle in einem sehr schlechten Zustand. Darüber hätten wir uns im Voraus eine Information gewünscht. Schade, da der Aufenthalt ansonsten angenehm hätte sein können.

Beautifully-designed hotel with generous staff, amenities, and extras
Pros:

This hotel is very conveniently and centrally located in a bustling part of the city where hidden indie art deco cafés await you alongside historical bakeries and eclectic marketplaces. Wherever you want to go is likely within a 15 minute walking radius, including the iconic Rhine. The hotel is modern, and has all the facilities you could possibly need, and is beautifully decorated inside. There is a restaurant and a rooftop bar, a bonus communal lounge where you can fill up on coffee and a wonderful selection of herbal teas, read culture magazines, and play any of the provided board games. Check-in was a smooth experience, and unexpectedly we also received a Basel Card as part of our booking, which meant transport was free in the city throughout our stay + we were eligible for 50% off museums, galleries, and other local attractions. Staff went above and beyond for us, suggesting places to see and try, ensuing that our stay was as comfortable and memorable as possible. They were available 24/7 and helped us at several critical points in our holiday. We ended up extending our stay by an additional 3 days, and felt right at home. The rooms are all very spacious, tastefully designed, with comfy beds, and have some amazing extra touches: a high quality soundsystem, Netflix on the TV, automatic black-out window blinds, ambient dimmable lighting, a FREE mini bar fridge where you can sample local drinks at no extra charge, a rainfall shower, a high-tech toilet with bidet functions, and a fancy coffee machine. Every day, our tea/coffee was refilled, the room was cleaned spotless, and we felt we had plenty of privacy. The hotel was quiet and we didn't hear any outside noise despite there being quite a lot of night life below. Wifi was super speedy and easy to connect to. We were able to leave our bags at reception before checking in and after checking out to allow us bag-free exploration time before heading to the airport. Basel, we'll be back!

Cons:

There is nothing to improve. When visiting Switzerland, you have to accept that it will be expensive. Luckily, you get what you pay for!

Pros:

Staff were very friendly and helpful and allowed us to check in early. Tea/coffee station in the lounge area was very nice. Room was spacious, with high-quality finishings and a big TV. Great location with lots of bars and restaurants downstairs.

Cons:

Breakfast was too pricey for us; we found cheaper elsewhere.
