Ideaal als doorreishotel of voor city trip als koppel
Pros:

Als doorreis hotel zeker een aanrader. Aangekomen tijdens een voetbal avond dus heel veel volk in de straat aanwezig. Hotel ligt in uitgaansbuurt. Maar we hebben er eerlijk gezegd niets van gemerkt.
Parking vlak aan hotel. Parkering op -3 en van daaruit heb je een uitgang op dit niveau waardoor je direct in de juiste straat uitkomt. Ontbijt was heel goed. Lekker in de zon op dakterras. Alles was aanwezig voor ontbijt en was vers. Zeker zijn geld waard. Personeel super vriendelijk in de bar het hotel. Toen we een kamer vroegen aan andere zijde van het hotel zei de dame: kijk eerst hoe het bevalt en indien teveel geluid: dan verleggen we jullie. Was niet nodig.

Cons:

Hotel in DE uitgaansbuurt van Basel. Maar wij hadden er op een vrijdagavond geen last van. Dus voor ons geen nadeel.

Parfait
Pros:

Accueil parfait, personnel très disponible. L'hôtel est parfaitement placé, proche de la gare (moins de 10 mn à pied) et des musées. Le truc en plus : prêt du sac étanche pour aller se baigner dans le Rhin, un must ! Très jolie chambre et délicieux petit déjeuner. Un sans faute !

Dommage que ce bel hôtel soit situé dans la rue la plus bruyante
Pros:

Grande chambre avec bonne literie , belle déco , petit déjeuner et bar en rooftop

Cons:

Pas d’air conditionné dans les chambre et hôtel situé dans la rue piétonne avec tous les bars de Bâle . Très bruyant la nuit .

Die Zimmer waren sehr stilisch und sehr komfortabel. Der Aufenthaltsraum war auch gut.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war nicht frisch resp. Früchte und Gemüse. Die Auswahl war aber gut!

Pros:

Clean and well equipped rooms. Staff was helpful, we could use the winckelfish so that was great.

Cons:

Rooms face busy street with pubs/restaurants. Although hotel states
It has 3 double glazing, if you are noise sensitive I would refrain from staying there in weekend. Also if you are travelling for work.

Nu vom mai reveni aici cu siguranta!

Lipsa aer conditionat ceea ce a facut ca in camera temperatura sa fie de 29 de grade ( 27 iunie 2026), am luat legatura cu personalul hotelului insa nu au oferit nici o alternativa. Nici nu au mai raspuns la mesaje….
Din pacate nu am fost informati de la check-inn despre lipsa aerului conditionat si a climatizarii. Pentru un hotel de 4 stele din Basel, cu preturi mult peste medie, este dezamagitor
Mic dejun slabut, fiind vara, fara clima, cu geamuri deschise erau multe muste care zburau in jurul mancarii.
