Enjoyable stay and stay long enough to enjoy the area
Pros:

Great location and eateries within walking district. Easy access to areas of interest. Dunedin is a cute little town.
Very helpful staff. Comfortable bed and pillows. Stayed before travelling to Tampa international airport and an easy journey there. Would stay for longer next time.

Cons:

No downsides for us.

I don’t understand how this hotel has a high score in Booking reviews
Pros:

The room was spacious.

Cons:

The room was spacious although pretty dark, there is not even a standing lamp or reading lights. I had various issues with the bathroom: the shower in the bathroom wouldn’t drain well and had to shower in a pool of water despite the water pressure being very poor. Both problems were reported but not fixed during my stay there and no compensation of other kind either, so this was not good.
I was also extremely disappointed with the breakfast: the quality of the food and little option could not be worse on top of the cheap experience of paper plates and plastic cutlery; this is what you get at a Motel, not a Hilton group hotel … everything was cheap, the yoghurts, the butter and jelly on plastic containers, the rotten apples, the raw bananas, no non dairy milk, greasy and overcooked little omelette, the list goes on. The toaster would take at least 5 minutes at max setting to toast, we were all queuing and I said they probably need to change the machine and an employee rudely replied “no need, the first thing that you need to do is put your bread on the toaster” - how does that fix the problem if everyone behind has to wait still for their turn?
The pool area only has 8 sun beds for about ~88 rooms and no space nearly to walk around.
The “fitness room” just has a few free weights for weight training, not even a single machine.
Clearly there is a lot of room for improvement, but they absolutely need to sort out the breakfast part, this was by far the worst breakfast experience in a very long time of travels and the room rate isn’t cheap at all.
