Pros:

Nice, modern hotel. Comfy bed, AC, good bath, affordable underground parking.
Unfortunately there is no possibility to open the windows.
I asked for a small mini-fridge which was provided free of charge, great service.

My main concern regards the staff. In my opinion they required more professional training. It’s not the first I’m staying in HbyH in Kalisz and it’s the same time of the year, public holiday. The hotel is not so busy so the staff should be more attentive. I was waiting during the check in for them to finish private conversations between themselves….not the first time. While ordering from the bar I was given water in the bottle but not glass to drink it from. When the girl was ask for a glass she put it not in front of me but where was convenient for her then went off to play or check her mobile phone.
Sorry, but I found it offensive and unprofessional.
Breakfast overall is not bad but is lacking some sweet baked goods, rucola was all dried out (disgusting) and I was early for breakfast so obviously it was served like that.
There is not a lot of options in Kalisz to stay so maybe that’s the problem to “not care” about being more professional

Pros:

Hotel relativ neu, Einrichtung noch nicht abgewohnt. In Verbindung mit den im Umfeld befindlichen Restaurationen eine Top- Unterkunft für die Region. Durch Services, angelehnt an (by Hilton) lebt man dort gut.

Tres bel hôtel récent, reprend l'esprit de l'anvienne fabrique de piano.
Espace commun très bien décoré et agréable.
Chambre tres bien et propre. Petit-déjeuner tres bon!

Vi skulle inte bo här men pga av att flyget blev inställt fick vi ändra vår resrutt. Nytt och fräscht hotell. Fanns allt i badrummet shampoo, balsam, lotion mm. Vi hade utsikt över innergården där flera restauranger ligger.
Vi åt mat på en italiensk restaurang kanske hette Italia god mat det vi besällde iaf. Vi kom dit väldigt sent så vi sov endast där. Saknade ägg på frukosten. Städningen var bra.

Internet nicht ausreichenden Empfang in den hintersten Räumen ( 334&335), was auch zugleich die besten.Zimmer sein sollten! Kühlschrank Temperatur nicht einstellbar,oder nur wenn man den ganzen.Kuhlschrank aus dem Schrank zieht ...Heizung funktionierte während der ganzen 2 Wochen Aufenthalt nicht ...Design der Dusche ist nicht wirklich praxisgerecht! Frühstück war okay. Personal sehr nett
