비행기가 늦게떠서 렌트카 수령도 못하고 급하게 당일에 잡은숙소. 진에어 개샛기들

침대가 두개라 각각 편히 쉬기좋았다.

是連住四晚的
房間有異味，第一天有開窗通風， 以為氣味會逐漸消散，到第二天氣味仍在，查找之下發現是抽油煙機的濾網沾上厚厚的黃色油煙，連續四晚整個房間都是隔夜烤肉味。

床墊太殘舊，嚴重塌陷，感覺是睡在不同程度鬆散的彈弓上
衛生情況也不理想睡完皮膚第二天有痕癢

洗衣機太舊，外殼有大塊生鏽痕跡，洗洗下自己停頓， 惟有轉手洗

鐵道旁噪音稍大，若能配氣密窗會更好。

El apartamento está muy cerca de la estación, el chek in/out se hace a través de una tablet, es cómodo y rápido. El apartamento es amplio y tiene todo lo necesario para estar a gusto unos días.

性價比很高
Pros:

房間很大，我們住了六天，有足夠的大衣櫃可以收衣服雜物行李箱，不會回到房間就覺得東西好多好雜，有一個小客廳 我和女兒在客廳吃晚餐，她很喜歡泡澡，有個浴缸非常棒！ 如果來福岡是自駕，這裏真的是首選，非常好停車！

Cons:

入住真的比較複雜，但是人員協助還算不錯，地理位置離博多站需要走路，如果拉著行李，建議叫TAXI不會很貴，但是輕鬆多了！

숙박날짜나 요일마다 다르겠지만 가성비가 대체적으로 좋음.

Cons:

여행으로 이용하시는 분들이라면 하카타역에서 도보로 이동은 가능한 거리나 살짝 거리감을 느낄정도. 호텔 사이트에서도 설명이 있지만 바로 옆에 신칸센이 지나다니는 선로가 있어서, 평소에 소음을 신경쓰시는 분이면 비추천. 무인 호텔이라고는 하나 위생상태는 정말 별로였음. 욕실에 머리카락이 남아있거나, 침대 틈에는 언제부터 있었는지모를 화장품이나 휴지조각들. 테이블 등 설비가 훼손, 고장 등이 정비되어있지 않음.

良かったけど惜しい！！でも快適です

部屋が広くて快適でした。

Cons:

タオル交換が無いのであれば泊数分で少し多めにおいていただきたいです。あと寝室の湿気が気になりました。ベットや掛布団が生乾きの臭いがしました。

掃除すればまあまあ滞在できる。
Pros:

水圧がよかったです。
宿泊費も安いです。
物干しがあって便利だった。

Cons:

チェックイン時に事前にスマートチェックインをしていたがスムーズにチェックイン出来なかった。
他の外国人旅行者も同様に困っていてホテル側に電話し助けてあげました。

お部屋は正直汚かったです。
部屋に入ったばかりなのに髪の毛がたくさん落ちてました。
埃っぽく何年も掃除されていないエアコンのせいで寝室、クローゼットの中の壁はカビていました。
部屋全体の巾木にも埃が凄く自分で掃除したほどです。
お風呂も本当に酷かったです。
床全体にピンクカビで汚れていました。
トイレの便器にはピンクカビ、巾木と床は埃まみれですぐ掃除しました。
滞在が長かったのと小さな子供がいたので自分でスポンジと洗剤を買い気になるところは全て掃除しました。

滞在するにはクイックルワイパー、スポンジ、洗剤を持ってくるといいかと思います。
私が宿泊した部屋はとても汚かったです。

キッチンは綺麗でした。
スポンジは持参したほうがいいです。
