Cleanliness
I booked family room with sauna but they ask 10000 AMD for 1 hr usage from property, (reason : booking. Com provided u offer price 🤣)

Nothing is likable from the property
No proper reception
The property provides good bed pillows, blankets, and other sleeping essentials. However, it was not worth the price.
It was mentioned as soundproof, but it was very noisy from outside the room and from other varandas and such. I also saw two cockroaches in the washroom. The sofa set was some kind of second-hand furniture that was very pathetic. The owner collected the cash in advance, so there was no point in complaining about it.
