Best hotel I’ve stay in for a very long time. Thoroughly recommend. 10:10
Pros:

The room was spacious, bed and pillows comfortable, linen beautiful quality..
The staff were very considerate and went above and beyond to assist with any question. We dined in and enjoyed both our evening meal and breakfast.
We stayed here on the last night of our 6 week holiday across Ireland and the UK. This was the best accommodation experience of our entire trip.

Not ideal location, lovely rooms, incredibly clean, busy area, chased by homeless.
Pros:

The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful inside — very modern, stylish, clean, and secure. Everything from the lobby to the rooms felt well-maintained and thoughtfully designed, and the beds were very comfortable after long travel days. The breakfast and overall food quality were honestly excellent for a hotel, and we were impressed by the restaurant experience throughout our stay. We also appreciated how convenient the location was for reaching many of Dublin’s major attractions by taxi or short drives. Most importantly, once we arrived, the on-site staff and management were kind and professional, especially one of the general managers who helped resolve our reservation issue after a very stressful experience.

Cons:

The most difficult part of our experience was honestly the booking process prior to arrival. We traveled internationally from the United States, and there were multiple issues with our reservation that took nearly two months of back-and-forth communication to try to resolve. Once we finally arrived, we still spent approximately two and a half hours dealing with the issue before it was corrected. While one of the general managers was ultimately extremely helpful and resolved everything professionally, the amount of stress and time spent fixing the reservation situation was disappointing, especially after a long international journey.

One of the managers at the restaurant was also rude, came of a bit racist, and when I got home to the states, I did call corporate on her.

We were also very frustrated by the parking situation, which was not clearly communicated ahead of time. We arrived assuming there would be accessible hotel parking, only to discover the nearby facility was either unavailable or located roughly a 20-minute walk away. Managing luggage after international travel while trying to navigate parking in an unfamiliar city was exhausting and could have been avoided with clearer communication before arrival.

Additionally, while the hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and secure inside, the surrounding neighborhood felt significantly rougher than expected based on the online description. The immediate area around the hotel had visible homelessness, drug activity, loud disturbances at night, and overall did not feel particularly clean or safe to us personally. We frequently relied on taxis, especially after dark, because we did not feel comfortable walking around the area at night. This was probably the biggest disconnect between expectations and reality during our stay. We wouldn't stay here again.

Pros:

Outstanding experience. We will definitely recommend your venue to others visiting Dublin.
Pros:

The breakfast and dinner menus offered plenty of fresh, delicious options, and the service was always outstanding. The beds and pillows were luxurious and super supportive and comfortable.

Cons:

The location doesn't have a separate, safe area for drop-off and pickup when using local transportation.
