The bed was comfortable and the room was large
The room felt like it was designed for someone with a wheelchair. There were notable modifications in the bathroom which wasn’t needed. The price was very high for a king deluxe room. Would stay somewhere else when in Dublin next.

Θα ήθελα ιδιαίτερα να συγχαρώ το προσωπικό της ρεσεψιόν για την εξυπηρέτηση και την ευγένειά του. Επειδή είχαμε πολύ early check-out λόγω της πτήσης μας και δεν θα προλαβαίναμε το πρωινό, φρόντισαν να μας ετοιμάσουν πρωινό σε take away για το ταξίδι. Μάλιστα, φρόντισαν να υπάρχει και ταξί που θα μας περίμενε. Αυτές οι μικρές λεπτομέρειες κάνουν πραγματικά τη διαφορά και δείχνουν επαγγελματισμό και ενδιαφέρον για τον πελάτη. Άριστα στην εξυπηρέτηση της ρεσεψιόν!
Δυστυχώς, η εμπειρία μας στο πρωινό ήταν εντελώς διαφορετική.
Την πρώτη ημέρα, ξέχασαν να μας φέρουν περίπου τα μισά από όσα είχαμε παραγγείλει.
Τη δεύτερη ημέρα, άργησαν αρκετά να πάρουν την παραγγελία μας και στη συνέχεια μας ξέχασαν εντελώς για περίπου 40 λεπτά. Το πιο απογοητευτικό, όμως, ήταν ότι ενώ περιμέναμε και βλέπαμε τους πελάτες στα διπλανά τραπέζια να εξυπηρετούνται κανονικά, καλούσαμε το προσωπικό για να ρωτήσουμε τι είχε συμβεί και ουσιαστικά αδιαφόρησαν. Δεν υπήρξε ούτε εξήγηση ούτε ουσιαστική προσπάθεια να διορθωθεί η κατάσταση.
Η καθυστέρηση μπορεί να συμβεί σε ένα ξενοδοχείο. Το να ξεχαστεί όμως ένας πελάτης και, όταν ζητά εξηγήσεις, να αντιμετωπίζεται με αδιαφορία, είναι κάτι που δεν θα έπρεπε να συμβαίνει.
Είναι πραγματικά κρίμα, γιατί κατά τα άλλα το ξενοδοχείο είναι εξαιρετικό και η εξυπηρέτηση της ρεσεψιόν ήταν υποδειγματική. Θα επέστρεφα σίγουρα, αλλά θεωρώ ότι η εξυπηρέτηση στο πρωινό χρειάζεται άμεση βελτίωση.
Instalações e serviços ótimos, localização também, fácil acesso, café da manhã excelente e farto. Pessoal atencioso, até guardaram minhas malas por uns dias antes da minha chegada.
Concierge oferece passeios e ônibus de turismo, mas não estão preparados para responder perguntas e nem para fazer reservas.

Frühstück bescheidenes Angebot warme Speisen musste man im bedienten Teil extra bezahlen obwohl ein satter Preis im Paket inbegriffen war. Immerhin express Buffet noch möglich, aber es rechtfertigt den Preis nicht leider. Sonst sehr zufrieden

Proximity to City Centre.
Loved the location. Close enough to city center but far enough away. Dublin is a great walking city so it was no issue.
Staff was super helpful. No issue with an early check in, held luggage after checkout - which was nice to see was noon.
Hotel bar was great, with a local pub next door to the hotel if thats more to your liking.
I recently stayed at the Hyatt Centric Hotel in Dublin and had a fantastic experience again. I'm a frequent guest but it never fails to impress. The hotel is always exceptionally clean and its located close to city centre with plenty of great bars locally within 10 min walk.
My room was immaculate, beds are very comfortable, and featured a great modern shower. All the staff are very welcoming and attentive especially Jane who made us feel very welcome and part of the Hyatt family and is always ready with helpful recommendations. I highly recommend staying here if you want a stylish, relaxing hotel for exploring Dublin!
Smashing hotel. Best in Dublin. Spotless, modern, new and the staff are very friendly and can't do enough to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. So close to everywhere and the food was a 10 out of 10 ate there for breakfast and dinner and it couldn't be faulted. Live music on their too in the lounge which was very relaxing and set the tone of the night!!
I had an amazing experience. Food was good and the service was even better. I am alone traveling and seeing some family here and my waitress, Roisin, was so kind, made me feel so welcome, and made my experience wonderful. Thank you Roisin! You are very special.
Absolutely great hotel. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The food and particularly breakfast was amazing.It was served to table and the variety was so good. The rooms and hotel in general is open and airy. Best hotel iv been in.

Had my first stay at the Hyatt centric in Dublin last weekend, I was there on a golf trip with friends, from the minute we arrived it was the perfect stay. Very friendly helpful staff, hotel was so comfortable and clean, food from the breakfast through to the evening meal was fantastic. Location for the hotel couldn’t be better, walking distance to so many attractions in the city centre.
Special mention to the manager that we met Jane, she was absolutely top class, making sure we were looked after. Highly recommend this hotel, already planning a trip back with my family.

Très belle hôtel, bien placé, confortable
Accueil d'arrivée très long 30 minutes pour récupérer la chambre avec 4 personnes et une responsable accaparée par un couple avec 2 enfants en bas âge très mal élevés.
Cela aurait été bien de s'occuper du couple avant nous ainsi que de nous au lieu de nous ignorer.
A noter que le personnel du check out différent était parfait
Stayed in the Hyatt hotel last night. Have stayed there on numerous occassions and i must say the standard keeps rising and rising. An incredibly high standard of quality at this hotel. Food, bar, bedrooms all exceptional quality backed up by wonderful staff. A must stay when in Dublin.
