Hotel bien décoré, personnel fort sympathique et le restaurant a une carte interressante.
J avais pris la formule avec le petit déjeuner compris dans mon séjour.
Pour trois personnes, trois tranches de. Pain de mie 1 petit croissant chocolaté et quand on a demandé un peu plus généreux on nous a ramené dans une grande corbeille deux petits croissants miniatures…
Tous les jours ont été le même combat .
La ubicación es buena , frente a S. Patrick y a unos 15 o 20 minutos caminando de los lugares de más interés turístico

Assuming I'm from overseas because of my accent and being asked for my passport at check in when I actually live here so had no passport with me. However staff were friendly.

Staff were excellent, nothing was a problem, so accommodating.

The location was great and the front of house staff efficient and knowledgeable. Room was spacious and spotless and the beds very comfortable.
Breakfast was expensive and luke warm. Order was brought in a random order. The staff were more interested in a coach party enjoying breakfast than the independent travellers.
We had a room at the front of the hotel which allowed a lot of noise in from outside over night due to inefficient double glazing.

Rang about parking garage. Receptionist didnt say where it was or how to get access. We were travelling round and roynd

Las zonas comunes, recepción, restaurante etc… con una decoración muy bonita.
Habitación amplia y cómoda con todo lo necesario, cama y almohadas cómodas también. Baño con buena distribución. Todo estaba limpio.
Hicimos uso del restaurante para el servicio de cenas un par de días y nos encantó tanto la comida como la atención. Personal de recepción también muy amable y profesional. Check in y out muy fácil y ágil.
Vistas (era un primero con la ventana que daba a un muro).
Hicimos uso del servicio de desayuno un día y aunque la calidad y variedad nos parecieron correctas, nos sorprendió enormemente el servicio, sobre todo comparando con el de cenas que fue genial. En el desayuno aparte de muy lento, nos dio la sensación de que el personal no estaba atento ni pendiente en absoluto. Bastante mejorable.
