Pros:

Super Lage und extrem freundliches Personal!

Cons:

Puh, Preis Leistung ist leider nicht gerechtfertigt. Der Teppich im Zimmer ist schon eher ekelig und im Badezimmer gibt es keine Steckdose. Abends also Haare föhnen, wenn das Kind schläft, fällt flach. Alles in allem kein Wow, auch das frühstück war eher naja.

Top-notch property that raises the bar
Pros:

Great location, friendly and helpful staff, nice clean rooms. The lobby was tastefully appointed and breakfast was among the best I've experienced for being included in the group rate. Amenities in the room were above average and there was not any noise from neighbors or the hallway that I noticed during my entire stay, which is rarely the case in my experience with other mainline and mid-tier and even luxury brands. Overall an excellent value for a prime launching off point to explore Dublin. Live music Thur-Sun evenings was a unexpected bonus!

Disappointing
Pros:

Arrived on Monday 27th April 26, first impressions very nice, welcoming staff nice reception area. I booked an accessible room and the room was spacious, but no grab rails in the bathroom. No proper wardrobe and only one drawer not ideal for a 4 night stay.

Good service in the bar area but very expensive.

Onto Breakfast - it's all table service - unfortunately every time they took the order , this was incorrect, with items missing or the wrong items bought. For some unknown reason, all items bought at the same time, so your main breakfast was cold if you had fruit/cereal to start. One morning I sat next to preparation area, and I witnessed the pastries being picked up by hand, when there were tongs right there. Also, the staff were standing around and slagging off customers this is unacceptable.

After eating breakfast on the first morning I had food poisoning - this was the only place I had eaten, so I can only conclude this was my breakfast.

The food quality was not good enough - the soup had basil oil all over it and I complained but the waiter didn't seem interested.

Such as shame as Hyatt are a large chain and I expected more especially for the price!!!

I found the pot of gold in Ireland🍀💕
Pros:

Traveling to a country that you don’t even walk on the correct side of the street nor able to plug your electronic into the plug correctly without adopter, there is much more to adjust. Thanks to the staff at the Hyatt Centric Dublin, they were able to help me to feel it is a home away from home.

I also want to thank Lisa from the breakfast staff to always so accommodating and cheerful. Makes each day start perfectly!

Exceptional stay! Switching loyalty to Hyatt
Pros:

I've done a fair bit of traveling the past 4 years and can confidently say the Hyatt Centric Dublin was one of the best chain hotel experiences I've had. The location is excellent, the mood is relaxed yet sophisticated, the rooms are very well designed and appointed (with glasses, mugs, robes, and espresso machines), and above all the staff is top-notch. Lisa and Gareth and the whole dining staff took such good care of us at breakfast (Gareth brough us cappuccinos as soon as we sat down, without even needing to ask). Alex and Abdul at the front desk were amazingly helpful and accommodating, and even managed to upgrade us to a suite. Can't say enough good things about Hyatt Centric the Liberties. They raised the bar for our future travels and will be looking for Hyatt properties first from now on.

About a 10 to 20 minute walk to all the good restaurants so not exactly central but we did not mind the walk! Very close
Pros:

Decent sized room, pleasant staff, and nice restaurant

Cons:

The door to our room did not automatically close and therefore was left open every night we came back despite pointing this out to the front desk and the housekeeping staff. Very unsettling.

Great hotel base for Dublin
Pros:

Really nice hotel. Room was everything you would expect for a hotel of this calibre from a comfy bed to a lovely walk in shower. Breakfast was table service which we always prefer and would recommend the omelet which was cooked to perfection. Would use this hotel again if in the area.

Recommend the Hyatt Centric!
Pros:

Great room, the restaurant is really good, location is nicely outside the main tourist area but still very walkable to get to the sites. The hotel staff was great! Especially enjoyed David W. In the restaurant - excellent service all around!

Great Location
Pros:

Location is an easy walk to most popular destinations. Clean hotel with room key access needed past the lobby at night. Our room was quiet with no street noise, but room was on backside of hotel. Room service was great and everything but the occasional drinking glass was clean.
