we did not get our pick for quiet room on on of our stays, we had 2 separate bookings on our vacation, however the street view is not overly noisy
beautiful bathrooms, i feel the dinner menu could include some lighter options and not overly fond of the breakfast foods, bagels and or more pastry options too

As a frequent traveler and Hyatt Globalist, I have experienced a wide variety of hotel operations. Unfortunately, my stay at the Hyatt Centric The Liberties Dublin fell significantly short of basic hospitality standards due to an accumulation of severe operational issues.
During my stay, I experienced the following:
1. Privacy Breach: A staff member walked directly into my room unannounced. This is a massive failure in basic privacy and staff training. Rather than fully owning the mistake, the property's response felt dismissive and shifted the focus away from their broken processes.
2. Hardware & Cleanliness: My room was not properly vacuumed upon check-in. Furthermore, the air conditioning was completely non-functional. The hotel later blamed a "faulty button" and claimed their IT system failed to log the error, but the end result was simply an uncomfortable room that was not checked prior to arrival.
3. Billing Incompetence: The front desk charged the wrong credit card, entirely ignoring my explicit instructions and the original card attached to the reservation. Attempting to get this basic administrative error corrected resulted in endless, unproductive back-and-forth without a prompt resolution.
The sheer accumulation of mistakes across housekeeping, hardware, and front desk operations made this stay exhausting.
The location is good, and it should be fine if you don't plan to stay when weather is too hot and doesn't stay at the room too often.

les chambres ne respectent pas les descriptifs : nos chambres KING de luxe n'avez pas la vue ville !!!! mais données sur une cours sans beaucoup de clarté , il a fallut batailler pour qu'il change, le lendemain, pour une chambre vue ville , mais qui était plus petite.Nous avons un doute sur la version KING de luxe?!.
Nos amis sont restés ,lassés des palabres, dans la chambre sans vue .

GREAT BREAKFAST AND VERY HELPFUL STAFF.
Una bella struttura, con un bellissimo bar all’interno, camere spaziose e pulite. Posizionato vicinissimo alla Cattedrale di San Patrizio e a pochi minuti di camminata dal centro.
Bisogna sempre sollecitare i set di cortesia in camera, altrimenti non li mettono.

The Hotel was well located and the room was quite big.
The breakfast was à la carte only and it was not very diverse. Furthermore, our towels were Not clean and we were shocked to find human hair in the towels before we could use them.
