Room was clean, bathroom modern and fresh. bed was comfortable but small.
Front desk was not manned and on one occasion we rang the bell 3 times and no one came. Front door is really damaged giving a poor first impression. Outside area has trash bins taking up valuable car park space. Staff watched parking in one of the 6 spots when we had to park up the road, cigarette butts and weeds show lack of care in area around hotel.
Clean and tidy
TV didn’t work, they couldn’t fix it and didn’t offer a different room. Very noisy from road noise and bathroom fan that never turned off. Bar staff not great

nie korzystałam ze śniadań w hotelu, ale samo miejsce bardzo ładne. hotel nieduży, przytulny, przesympatyczny personel.
lokalizacja jak dla mnie idealna. łóżka bardzo wygodne, chociaż szkoda, że nie było to jedno duże łóżko, tylko dwa zsunięte ze sobą. jednak bardzo dobrze się spało. trochę przeszkadzał hałas z ulicy przy otwartym oknie , więc trzeba było zamykać.
dodam jeszcze ,że pani z recepcji bardzo pomocna i miła. bardzo polecam ten hotel!
jedyna rzecz to okna wychodzące na główną ulicę, więc trzeba było zamykać okno, ale i to nie był jakiś duży problem.
We had dinner there, great value for money and excellent service. A full English breakfast was included in our stay which was very good.
No comment, as everything was to our satisfaction and more.
Location was a little difficult to find but a helpful member of staff helped me to find the hotel. Breakfast was lovely and the coffee. Thank you. Shame no aircon in the bedrooms but a member of staff helped with that and brought up a tower fan and a table top cooler as well.

The food was good with extremely large potions
The staff were exceptional, nothing was too much trouble and they went out of their way to be helpful.
If travelling to Llanelli I would fully recommend a stay at this hotel.

Amazing receptionists, two lovely ladies, staff in the bar and breakfast was amazing coming back very soon!

The location was fab, but the carpark could have been alot bigger.
The wardrobe lost its handle but the rest of the room was absolutely beautiful.
