Instalaciones muy viejas para el precio que cobran, el servicio es regular y la limpieza no se esmeran mucho, hotel deprimente y decepcionante no lo recomendaría.

Puede ser barato, pero no tiene que ser tan malo.
Pros:

La atención vía telefónica, imposible. Al llegar no nos dieron una de las habitaciones que tenía reservada, ni nos dieron solución. El velador descortés, no quería dejar salir a mi pareja y nos condicionó la entrada. De madrugada nos llamaron a la puerta para mover el auto.

Los cuartos huelen feo desde que entras al hotel.
Para entrar al hotel tienes que pedir permiso porque siempre tiene seguro.
Hotel no deja salir mas d las 11pm.
El Hotel ocupa cortinas de baño porque el agua se tira al piso.
Ocupas pedir toallas y papel de baño si no, no te dan.
Ocupa arreglo los cuartos.
Muy amables es lo q si ne gusto pero si reservan por expedian u otro paguen por alli si llegas al Hotel, ellos te cobran mas

Esta muy lejos del centro y anuncian que esta a 13 minutos del Parque Nacional Cupatitzio y es mentira, ya que solo en coche se puede llegar, el Internet no llega, a varias habitaciones, pedí el cambio de habitación y me cobraron $50.00 más, no volveré a ese hotel...

Deben mejorar limpieza y servicio
Pros:

Nunca hubo agua caliente en la habitación 12 durante 3 mañanas. La habitación 8 muy suucia y cara. Además me quieren cobrar más impuestos con factura.
