A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This deposit is fully refundable upon check out as long as there has been no damage to the property.
Guests are requested to contact the property after booking for information regarding their stay, including reception opening hours, services available for an extra fee and activities available in the surrounding area.

Guests requiring accommodation adapted for reduced mobility are asked to contact the property after booking.

Please note that a pre-payment equal to the total amount of the reservation will be taken once the reservation is made. This will be automatically refunded in the event of a free cancellation.

Payment is possible with a Visa or a Mastercard only.

For group bookings (5 units or more) group conditions may apply: prepayment of the total amount at the time of booking and cancellation possible up to 45 days before arrival. Please contact us for further information.

For stays from 1 to 6 nights, bed linen and towels are provided. Bed linen and towels change is possible upon request and for an extra charge. End-of-stay cleaning is included in the rate, except for the kitchen area and dishes which must be cleaned by the guests.

For stays of 7 nights or more, bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning are not included in the rate but are available for an extra charge. If guests don’t clean the kitchenette and wash the dishes, extra fees will be charged.

Please note that only 1 pet per accommodation is allowed, for an extra charge of EUR 12 per day.

Domaine petit et calme

Cons:

Aucune activité, aucun bar ni restaurant.
Lit double très petit, nettoyage a notre arrivée trop sommaire. Accueil avec horaires restreints et peu de personnel, du coup file et attente. Un homme marginal vit sur le domaine et nuit à la tranquillité, ceci nous a fait quitter plus tot car avec 3 enfants ce n’est pas envisageable de rester dans ce type de conditions

De kamer was oké prijsverhouding.

Cons:

Jammer genoeg was er niets van accommodatie aanwezig zwembad ijskoud met schimmel kapotte vloer afgebroken stukken en ontbijt / restaurant nergens aanwezig je moet 2km rijden voor het eerste restaurant MCDO. Niets voor kinderen buiten een basketbalveldje / tennisveldje dat 30 jaar oud is. Als de jeugd er zit sigaretten roken en tot 2.30 aan het roepen. Was wel een speeltuig maar rondom vol vuil blikjes peuken …. Jammer voor het personeel dat er werkt.

Peux mieux faire, des détails assez importants manquent à l’appel.

Dommage que certains détails importants manquent.

Cons:

J’ai tres mal dormis dans le lit ou encore le canapé convertible .
Aucun confort , les matelas ne sont plus des matelas, ils faut penser a les changer, pareil pour le canapé.
Les Réfrigérateurs sont en mauvaise etat et fonctionne a moitié voir pas du tout.

Médiocre.
Pros:

Le site est plutôt bien.

Cons:

Propreté de la piscine.
Beaucoup de bruit : présence de jeunes au niveau des équipements collectifs. Musique à fond, cris….
Obligation de faire la queue à l’accueil alors que nous avions pris soin de faire le Check in sur internet.

Les enfants n’en garde pas mauvais souvenir c’est le principal.

Plusieurs « salles » type restaurant bar mais non ouvert en saison.

Cuisinière avec plaques non indiquées sur les boutons (emplacement + puissance)
Une seule mini air de jeu pour X logement familiaux
2 piscines dans un état déplorable (moisis sur les bordures, moisi dans les pediluves) . A aucun moment je n’ai vu du personnel nettoyer ou faire des analyses d’eau. Le manque d’animation restaurant Snak bar etc
