Very clean, modern, spacious room with a kitchen for cooking. Everything was clean and new. Good area.

Cons:

Unfortunately, our trip was ruined by the staff's attitude. Specifically, by those who were supposed to send us check-in instructions. The instructions were sent to us later than 3:00 PM (check-in time). We were incredibly nervous, thinking we'd be left on the street. On check-in day, we had to try to contact the check-in manager from early morning, but they didn't respond. We sent several emails before they finally responded. This lack of attention to guests marred our overall experience.

Für unseren Zweck ok, da wir tagsüber unterwegs waren.
Pros:

Der einfache Zugang, die Küchenausstattung

Cons:

Fernseher ging nicht, CI-Modul fehlte wohl, sporadisch eingerichtet ist ja ok, aber war schon extrem kahl, Flugverkehr rund um die Uhr, sowie 4 spurige Hauptstraße und Bahn sollten als Lärmbelästigung erwähnt werden.

Close to where I needed to be

Cons:

Industrial “charm” blank concrete walls, loud, stuffy. We had to change rooms in the middle of the night because the AC was as loud as the noise from the street.

Verwohntes Zimmer, undichte Wasseranschlüsse
Cons:

Unser Zimmer befand sich im obersten Stockwerk.
Da die Zimmer nicht klimatisiert sind und die Sonne während des ganzen Tages auf Dach und Fenster strahlt, heizt sich das Zimmer leider sehr auf.
Das Lüften gestaltet sich schwer, da zumindest unser Zimmer mit einem großen Fenster auf der einen Seite und einem nicht zu öffnenden Fenster und der Eingangstür auf der anderen Seite ausgestattet war.
So muss zum Lüften die Zimmertür dauerhaft offen gehalten werden. Das ist für mich nicht akzeptabel.

Die Wasseranschlüsse bzw. Siphons im Bad und der Küche waren undicht. Wir fanden Schimmel in der Dusche vor. Die Dusche war sehr verwohnt (sehr kalkige Fliesen, der Abfluss verbogen). In Bad und Küchenbereich trafen wir Silberfischchen an.
Das Büro direkt im Gebäude ist nur von montags bis freitags und auch nur bis 16 Uhr besetzt.
Das wurde mir gesagt, als ich am Samstagvormittag bei der Hotline der Unterkunft anrief. Leider könne sich das deshalb erst am Montag jemand anschauen kommen. Die Person der Hotline hat sich kurz für den Umstand entschuldigt und mir fürs Bescheidgeben gedankt.
Ich erwarte nicht, dass sofort jemand sich das Zimmer anschauen muss. Jedoch hätte ich das Angebot, ein anderes Zimmer zu beziehen in Anbetracht der Umstände als angemessener und lösungsorientierter bzw. kundenfreundlicher empfunden. Es gab auch kein Angebot einer teilweisen Rückerstattung oder Ähnliches.
Alles in Allem finde ich den Preis für das Zimmer als nicht gerechtfertigt.

Good location, albeit too expensive for the value.
Pros:

Location was neat and was pretty easy to get to from Koln Hbf.

Cons:

Not good value for the money spent. Shower was disappointing, no door to close it off and would cause half of the bathroom floor to get wet. Shower head wouldn't stay in place and needed to be readjusted constantly. It can get pretty hot inside when it's warm outside and the only means of ventilation was a noisy fan, which can be disturbing if you're a light sleeper. These problems shouldn't exist in a hotel and are easy to fix.

Sufficient for short stays
Pros:

Ease to get to the convention center and ability to cook in the unit.

Cons:

The bathroom fixtures weren't properly installed. The sinks fixture below was loose and leaked. The shower barely sprayed out past where the handles were. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable.

It provided a clean place to stay near public transit, but we will probably not stay here again.
Pros:

The location to the train station was great. The room was very clean.

Cons:

It was difficult to understand from the Booking information what the layout of the room was going to be like. I thought we were getting the 2 story room with the seating area upstairs and we did not. The 1 seat/ottoman in our room was not sufficient for sitting for the 2 of us or to hang out with family in town as we'd hoped. TV only has a few 2 locals channels. The glass door to the bathroom is a terrible idea, especially since the toilet is right next to the door. No privacy. The bedroom is set up on the side with a high traffic road. It was fine when the window was closed, but since there is no AC, you needed to have the window open. It is very loud at night when you are trying to sleep. Definitely need earplugs! There is no other window that opens so you can't get a cross breeze. We opened the front door to get that.
