It was what you’d expect from a place like this. I must say I sleep very well throughout my nights there. A lot of great places to eat close by .

Staff friendly

First day problems with room door lock another room assign no towels, blankets no remote, office close, people living there police present frequency.

Our room had black mold all down the wall in the bathroom, no towels, no comforter on either bed, no trash receptacle. Was moved to another room and it didn't have towels or comforters either. Housekeeping to 3 hours to bring them to us. Overall not pleased at all with this choice.

Bathroom door did not close. Cockroaches in the room. Very dirty.

The staff literally got beligent for asking bout clean towels. I had to call the policevto get my deposit back

The peiple who live there seem cordial. Its walking distance to a few places including the Post office and library. Clean for the most part. The problems I had was with the front clerk level of honesty, not following up with issues to fix. My key wasn't working. Them not having a phone number posted on the outside front door in case there is an emergency.

I reserve a room a couple days before. When I arrived they said that my card had decline so they gave my room away. I triple checked my card was never declined. I used it down the street and it worked. So it wasn’t my card. I never received a called or was notified about the situation. Keep in mind I drove 4.5 hours with a baby and a toddler. We were exhausted expecting to rest yet we were forced to looked else where.

Dirty and bugs

The property was nice from the outside. The curb appeal nice. The inside wasn't so nice. Need to upgrade bathroom and take care of pest control problems. The front desk Reservationist was very nice and professional.

Great location great staff all around great place to o stay

Rooms are full of roaches and other bugs (the come out the cracks of the wall and from behind the wall photos) the front office doesn’t have enough help to clean ppls rooms who are already there. they never have towels the cleaning lady doesn’t even speak English so she will definitely not help you she will either over talk you and tell you she doesn’t know English or she will walk off on you. If something is broke do not count on it getting fixed most ppl there don’t like their job so they will half ass do it.

Front desk service is amazing here,specially.The lady in charge had my paperwork ready when I walked in the door,and greeted me by name on arrival.I only stay here once a month.It is rare to find anyone seriously committed to doing their jobs well.She consistently does hers.

Staff is great

It’s a dump.

The floor was filthy, bathtub not cleaned, water oozing between bathroom floor tiles, live bugs crawling around. Curtain rod (pole) came down on us when we tried to close the curtains. Staff was considerate and helpful.
