Struttura storica molto bella in posizione splendida, gentilezza, cena molto buona

Cons:

Camera piccola con carta da parati ridotta male, letto disastroso, arredi anni 70 e doccia tremenda, tv non funzionante. Peccato.

Pros:

Il ristorante: colazione, pranzo e cena nel complesso di buona qualità. Il personale è cordiale e preparato, tanta attenzione verso il gluten free.

Cons:

Purtroppo la mia esperienza non è stata positiva, durante il soggiorno ho riscontrato diverse criticità: presenza di cimici in camera, abat-jour e frigobar non funzionanti, televisore obsoleto, scarsa professionalità alla reception e servizio SPA inadeguato (idromassaggio fuori uso).
Una gestione poco attenta e lontana dagli standard di professionalità che una struttura di questo tipo dovrebbe garantire. Spero che la direzione prenda provvedimenti per migliorare il servizio.

Pros:

a mio parere la struttura è un uno splendido posto completamente isolato dal mondo che permette di rilassarsi nella spa (che purtroppo non sono riuscito a vedere)

Cons:

purtroppo una serie di convenienti mi hanno rovinato la serata ovvero nella mia camera non avevo la ricezione WIFI, la televisione non funzionava con nessun canale, riscaldamento Spento, quindi nel lato positivo della cosa mi sono messo direttamente a dormire e ho recuperato un pò di sonno, la questione negativa è che il lavoro che dovevo effettuare con il pc è rimasto per il giorno dopo.

Pros:

Rent rum med skön säng.
God mat i restaurangen med trevlig servitör som dock hade dålig engelska.(allt gick bra)

Frukosten var inte framme 07:10 så om ni har bråttom på morgonen är det nog besatt säga till på kvällen!

La struttura è immersa nella natura, molto bella e ricca di attrattive. La piscina è grande e dispone di un bar dove è possibile pranzare in modo comodo. Il ristorante si distingue per la qualità dei prodotti, la ricercatezza dei piatti e l’attenzione a tutte le esigenze: un ringraziamento speciale agli chef e al personale di sala per la professionalità e la cortesia. Anche le colazioni sono molto buone, con personale sempre attento e disponibile. Molto piacevoli le serate organizzate con feste, spettacoli e concerti. Le camere non sono modernissime, ma con qualche miglioramento potrebbero risultare ancora più confortevoli.
