Beautiful property. Since it was very close by the place we wanted to visit, having the breakfast included was super convenient

El lugar es bonito y son muy atentos, sin embargo no respetaron mi reserva, reserve 1 habitacion con 2 camas matrimoniales pada 3 adultos y al llegar, me dijeron que no estaba disponible, así que me cobraron 240 extra por una habitación cuádruple con 3 camas

Cerca de la zona arqueológica. Hotel pequeño para estancias cortas

Muy tranquilo, el desayuno muy bueno, lo único es que las cortinas dan la sensación de que se puede ver hacia adentro de la habitación, pero en realidad no se puede

They are very helpful, kind and the make us to feel home we are happy with the hotel. They make nice breakfast

En general el hotel está bien pero se escucha mucho ruido de otros cuartos, el pasillo y el jardín.

Clean, quiet, friendly staff. Good breakfast service included. Peaceful fountains make the garden area pleasant. We stayed here because it’s within walking distance of the ruins but the city center was a bit too far to walk.

This hotel is the perfect place to stay while visiting Teotihuacan. It’s a 10 minute walk to the entrance of Teotihuacan. The rooms are very clean, the beds are comfortable. The garden courtyard is a peaceful place to relax. The staff is wonderful! The breakfast is amazing!

Nice and cozy place to stay for one night. Our room had only a ceiling fan with a light but would have been nice to have lamps as well in the room for alternate lighting. Very clean.

Over price for my opinion
I have been in another hotels and this was over price

Quiet hotel about a 10-15 minute walk from the main entrance to Teotihuacan. Staff was friendly room was clean and updated. Wifi worked well. There are shops and restaurants near the entrance to the pyramids. That whole area quiets down a couple hours after pyramids close, and wasn't necessarily scary, but just no one around so not the best to be walking around at night.

Cute, private, close to the hot air balloon location.....what I didn't like, when we arrive to check in they were not prepared. Receptionist had to call for help or guidance. Told us we were going to get credited due to no breakfast availability. Then proceeded us to go in our rooms and we will be charged in the morning, as the charging machines were not available. Once we got rested and ready to sleep she came knocking to come downstairs and pay for our room. We ended getting charge the same fees, so we did not get credited for breakfast and we didnt have breakfast.
