Nice place to sleep.
Pros:

There was a basket of coffee cakes and cheap coffee. That's not what we call breakfast.

Cons:

We actually booked the place BECAUSE of the breakfast and it was just coffee cakes and Folgers.

Terrible experience with Booking.com and the hotel; the hotel was dirty, shabby with terrible staff.

That I only had to stay one night

Cons:

The clerk could not tell me where my room was, and actually directed me the wrong way around the building. The entire parking lot, walk ways, and grounds were filthy with garbage, the outside was dim or had no lights, yet had what appeared to be drug users sitting in and wandering the area. The room was shabby with only one blanket, so either have the room stifling hot, or be cold. The clerk was untrained and had difficulty explaining anything, or getting me a receipt. In the morning there were again what appeared to be people using drugs on the property, and the entire property was littered with garbage. The walking passageways were crammed with carts to where I could hardly walk through. It was so bad I refused to stay the second night, and have sent an email with no response to Booking.com, so will no longer use your services

Cons:

The toilet was not cleaned and it was clogged up from the previous guest, the TV would not connect and I wasn't able to watch anything. I doubt the management will do anything to make it right, but I'm willing to amend my review if they do.

Pros:

The bathroom was clean and big, the room was mostly clean.

Cons:

Very close to New Circle Rd, you could hear the traffic all night. It was next to the ramp, so very loud.

Worst stay ever WILL NOT BE BACK
Pros:

Location of the property was fine, it’s close to restaurants and stores and the hospital. But other than that the place needs to be shut down. Its disgusting. When we first walked in it looked fine but there was dried peanuts on the floor by the chair along with other dirt and grime something sticky by the bed and chair and I had to go get a broom and mop to clean the floor then wipe everything down I asked for a different room but said none was available bc I thought the room we were getting was supposed to be handicap accessible bathroom but it was not. Even said I couldn’t get a refund bc I booked thru room thru booking.com. While I was there getting the broom another couple arrived and asked for a refund as well bc the room was nasty. Idk who the housekeeping is but they obviously aren’t doing there job.

Cons:

Don’t stay here. I regret staying there. It’s nasty and I felt so dirty just being there and couldn’t afford to get another room. They wouldn’t even refund me said booking had to do it. It’s ridiculous. It really needs to be shut down or new managers and to be renovated. I have more pictures but it won’t let me upload all of them

I never stayed there! I should deserve a refund for that.
Pros:

I never stayed there. Been trying to get a refund the hotel isn’t responding to booking. I booked 1 night checked in the first room smelled like a wet dog. Asked for a different room the second room had dog hair all over the covers. Went to the the office told them to please cancel it. They said yes but I would have to call booking. I called them and they couldn’t get ahold of the hotel.

Cons:

I’ve stayed here twice no issues. There only had two rooms available that night. There weren’t cleaned though.

Horrible
Cons:

The room was dirty and smelt like cat urine. The parking lot was nothing but ruts of ice and nowhere to park and the heating systems didn't work very well. Also, the sink in the bathroom leaked. Would not recommend this place to stay.
