Great night stay!
Pros:

Just liked everything. It was extremely cold, so we just got some items from the front counter. A good selection of items.

Cons:

We didn't have a lit luggage, so this wasn't an issue. I can see people with lots of clothing may be disappointed. Also, a smaller refrigerator than other units in the area.

Cons:

Room was small compared to other Tru by Hilton I’ve stayed at w no drawers or coffee pot in room or microwave in room. Do not like going down to lobby to get my coffee a couple times when could’ve made 2 cups in my room Otherwise it was clean but not as close to location as I wanted

Clean and nice, staff was awesome but I wouldn’t return because of the beds.
Pros:

The hotel was clean and modern and appealing.

Cons:

The beds are horrible!! Just a mattress on a board basically. Made my back hurt.

Enjoyable stay at a clean hotel
Pros:

The hotel was clean and new. Friendly staff. Housekeeping was amazing! My room was tidy with clean towels each day of my stay. Some hotels have been cutting back on cleaning. Glad that Tru is staying TRUE to daily housekeeping.

Cons:

My only complaint is that there were no coffee pots in the room. I really enjoy my morning coffee, but I had to get dressed and go to the lobby for that.

Amazing. Was no bad experience. Will use this hotel again when back in the area.
Pros:

Pretty much everything. Breakfast options were amazing. And had plenty to feed everyone no matter what time you went down u til it was done being served.

Cons:

Pillows were too soft

Nice place
Pros:

Staff was great room was good ...clean ....breakfast was nice would recommend and stay again

Cons:

To many unsupervised children running the hallways. I get it kids will be kids but no reason they are literally running up and down hall sounding like elephants with no parents in sight. They were quite surprised when I went out if room and told them it was enough and they were old enough to act better.
