This is an adequate place for families as it’s clean andthe price is right.

Very understanding staff who cared about my needs.

Bigger rooms compared to other hotels. Clean and friendly staff.

Cons:

I could hear the people above me banging on something nonstop, and walking heavily. So there’s not much noise reduction from the floor above me. I had never experienced this in any hotel before, usually it is the room next to you or across where you can hear people engage in a conversation. But when the noise is coming from above, it’s very annoying.

I called the front desk and asked if they could move me to another room, and they moved me to the 5th floor, the top and last floor. I was very grateful they did that so the rest of my stay was very quiet and comfortable. Btw, an older couple had the same issue and they were also moved to the 5th floor.

Great place to stay!
Pros:

Great location, near to the Giant center, and Hershey Park!
Plenty of breakfast selections.
Beds were comfortable!
Safe area.

Cons:

Please provide night lights. The room was pretty dark, we had to leave the bathroom light on all night while we were sleeping.
