Cons:

Worst hotel stay I’ve ever had. Booking should be ashamed to even offer this property.

When we arrived to check in, all of the doors were locked. Nowhere in the booking did it mention that guests would have to wait outside until someone answered the door. We stood outside for about 10 minutes before anyone let us in.

We asked the front desk if they had toothpaste, and they told us they were completely out.

Then we went to our room, and our key cards didn’t work. We had to walk back to the front desk twice to get new keys, and they still didn’t work. The front desk employee finally walked back with us and said, “It’s not going to work, and I’m not even going to try fixing it. I’m here until 6 a.m., so if you need to get into your room, just come get me.” We were exhausted after traveling, so we just accepted it.

The next morning, we realized there were no towels in our room. We called the front desk, and they said they would bring some. Two hours passed, and no one came. We called again and were told they were running low on towels and would bring some as soon as possible. Our checkout was at 12:00 p.m., and we never received any towels despite calling twice.

To make matters worse, the coffee maker had been removed from the room, there was no iron, and there wasn’t even a hair dryer.

This was one of the most poorly managed hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Basic amenities were missing, the room access issue was never fixed, and the customer service was unacceptable. I would not recommend staying here, and I’m extremely disappointed that this property is listed on Booking.

If you are visiting six flag, definitely stay here:)
Pros:

The hotel room was cool and perfectly tidy when we arrived. Front desk greeted us warmly and gave us a quick run down of all the facilities available during our stay.

Cons:

Everything was orderly and tidy on arrival. I just wished that there were bigger trashcan so that we didnt have to leave such a mess for the staff on our way out. But otherwise a very pleasant stay and clean room.

Shower was dripping water and unable to sleep well. They didn’t sent any one and didn’t changed the room. The bath soap was not filled. We need by new soap. Toilet was not clean.

The pool area was nice but everything was outdated, dirty, and things weren’t cleaned like the pool, ice machine, and towels were dry and hard.

Cons:

The property did not look like pictures, staff was rude, pool area was dirty, the pool itself was dirty, the towels were dry and hard, the rooms were dark and the hotel had an awful smell along with no ventilation and it was hot in there. Awful experience.
